யூஸுஃபை' கொன்றுவிடுங்கள், அல்லது அவரை (தொலைவான) ஒரு நாட்டில் எறிந்துவிடுங்கள் (அப்பொழுது) உங்கள் தந்தையின் கவனம் உங்கள் பக்கமே இருக்கும்; இதன்பின் நீங்கள் நல்ல மனிதர்களாகி விடுவீர்கள்" என்றும் கூறியபொழுது,

and strain not thine eyes after that which we have given classes of them to enjoy: the splendour of the life of the world, that we might try them therein; and the provision of thy lord is the best and most lasting.
இன்னும், அவர்களில் சில பிரிவினர் இன்பமனுபவிக்க நாம் கொடுத்திருக்கும் (வாழ்க்கை வசதிகளின்) பக்கம் உமது கண்களை நீட்டாதீர்; (இவையெல்லாம்) அவர்களைச் சோதிப்பதற்காகவே நாம் கொடுத்துள்ள உலக வாழ்க்கையின் அலங்காரங்களாகும். உமது இறைவன் (மறுமையில் உமக்கு) வழங்கவிருப்பது சிறந்ததும் நிலையானதும் ஆகும்.

those who emigrated in the cause of allah and after that were killed or died, surely, allah will provide a good provision for them. and verily, it is allah who indeed is the best of those who make provision.
இன்னும், எவர்கள் அல்லாஹ்வுடைய பாதையில் (தம் இருப்பிடங்களை விட்டு) ஹிஜ்ரத் செய்து பின்னர் கொல்லப்பட்டோ அல்லது இறந்தோ விடுகிறார்களோ, அவர்களுக்கு அல்லாஹ் அழகிய உணவை நிச்சயமாக அளிக்கின்றான்; (ஏனெனில்) உணவளிப்பவர்களிலெல்லாம் நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்வே மிக்க மேலானவன்.

so be thou patient; surely god's promise is true. whether we show thee a part of that we promise them, or we call thee unto us, to us they shall be returned.
ஆகவே, (நபியே!) நீர் பொறுமையுடன் இருப்பீராக நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ்வின் வாக்குறுதி உண்மையானது; அவர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கப்பட்ட சிலவற்றை, நாம் உமக்குக் காண்பித்தாலும் அல்லது அதற்கு முன்னரே நிச்சயமாக நாம் உம்மை மரணமடையச் செய்தாலும், அவர்கள் நம்மிடமே கொண்டுவரப்படுவார்கள்.

or do those who earn evil deeds think that we shall hold them equal with those who believe (in the oneness of allah islamic monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, in their present life and after their death? worst is the judgement that they make.
எவர்கள் தீமைகள் செய்கிறார்களோ அவர்களை, எவர்கள் ஈமான் கொண்டு நல்ல அமல்கள் செய்கிறார்களோ அவர்களுக்குச் சமமாக நாம் ஆக்கிவிடுவோம் என்று எண்ணுகின்றார்களா? அவர்கள் உயிருடனிருப்பதும், மரணமடைவதும் சமமாகுமா? அவர்கள் முடிவு செய்து கொண்டது மிகவும் கெட்டதாகும்.

if you two repent to god, yet your hearts certainly inclined; but if you support one another against him, god is his protector, and gabriel, and the righteous among the believers; and, after that, the angels are his supporters.
நீங்கள் இருவரும் - இதற்காக அல்லாஹ்விடம் தவ்பா செய்வீர்களாயின் (அது உங்களுக்கு நலமாகும்) ஏனெனில் நிச்சயமாக உங்களிருவரின் இதயங்களும் (இவ்விஷயத்தில் கோணிச்) சாய்ந்து விட்டன - தவிர, நீங்கள் இருவரும் அவருக்கெதிராய் ஒருவருக்கொருவர் உதவி செய்து கொண்டால், நிச்சயமாக அல்லாஹ் - அவருடைய எஜமானன் (அவருக்கு உதவுவான், அன்றியும்) ஜிப்ரயீலும், ஸாலிஹான முஃமின்களும் (உதவுவார்கள்.) அதன் பின் மலக்குகளும் (அவருக்கு) உதவியாளராக இருப்பார்கள்.
