இவை யாவும் உங்களுடைய வாய்களால் சொல்லும் (வெறும்) வார்த்தைகளேயாகும், அல்லாஹ் உண்மையையே கூறுகிறான்; இன்னும் அவன் நேர்வழியையே காட்டுகிறான்.

when you received it with your tongues and spoke with your mouths what you had no knowledge of, and you deemed it an easy matter while with allah it was grievous.
இப்பழியை (ஒருவரிடமிருந்து ஒருவராக) உங்கள் நாவுகளால் எடுத்து(ச் சொல்லி)க் கொண்டு, உங்களுகு; குத் (திட்டமாக) அறிவில்லாத ஒன்றைப் பற்றி உங்கள் வாய்களால் கூறித் திரிகின்றீர்கள்; இன்னும் இதை நீங்கள் இலேசானதாகவும் எண்ணி விட்டீர்கள். ஆனால் அது அல்லாஹ்விடத்தில் மிகப்பெரிய (பாவமான)தாக இருக்கும்.

when ye were publishing it with your tongues and saying that with your mouths of which ye had no knowledge. ye deemed it light, and it was with allah mighty!
