ஒவ்வோர் ஆத்மாவும் மரணத்தைச் சுகிக்கக் கூடியதே யாகும்; பின்னர் நீங்கள் நம்மிடமே மீள்விக்கப்படுவீர்கள்.

and most certainly we will make them taste of the nearer chastisement before the greater chastisement that haply they may turn.

so taste (of that which ye have earned). no increase do we give you save of torment.
"ஆகவே சுவையுங்கள் - வேதனையைத் தவிர வேறு எதனையும் உங்களுக்கு நாம் அதிகப் படுத்த மாட்டோம்" (என்று அவர்களுக்குக் கூறப்படும்).

and if we give man a taste of mercy from us and then we withdraw it from him, indeed, he is despairing and ungrateful.
நாம் நம்மிடமிருந்து நற்கிருபையை மனிதன் சுவைக்கும்படிச் செய்து, பின்பு அதனை அவனை விட்டும் நாம் நீக்கி விட்டால், நிச்சயமாக அவன் நிராசைப்பட்டு பெரும் நன்றி கெட்டவனாகி விடுகின்றான்.

every soul must taste of death and we try you by evil and good by way of probation; and to us you shall be brought back.

and when we give people the taste of mercy they rejoice at it; and if an ill fortune reaches them because of what their hands have sent ahead – thereupon they lose hope!
இன்னும் நாம் மனிதர்களை (நம்) ரஹ்மத்தை ருசிக்க (அனுபவிக்க)ச் செய்தால். அவர்கள் அதைக் கொண்டு மகிழ்கிறார்கள்; ஆனால் அவர்களுடைய கைகள் முன்னரே செய்துள்ளதைக் கொண்டு ஒரு தீங்கு அவர்களுக்கு சம்பவித்து விட்டால் அவர்கள் நிராசைப்பட்டு விடுகிறார்கள்.

as for those who disbelieve, and obstruct the way of god and the holy mosque which we have set down for all men, the native and the visitor alike. whoever puts obstructions in this mischievously will taste of painful punishment.
நிச்சயமாக எவர் நிராகரித்துக் கொண்டும் உள்ளூர்வாசிகளும் வெளியூர்வாசிகளும் சமமாக இருக்கும் நிலையில் (முழு) மனித சமுதாயத்திற்கும் எதனை (புனிதத்தலமாக) நாம் ஆக்கியிருக்கிறோமோ அந்த மஸ்ஜிதுல் ஹராமை விட்டும், மேலும் அல்லாஹ்வுடைய பாதையை விட்டும், தடுத்துக் கொண்டும் இருந்தார்களோ அவர்களுக்கும் மேலும் யார் அதிலே (மஸ்ஜிதுல் ஹராமில்) அநியாயம் செய்வதன் மூலம் வரம்பு மீற விரும்புகிறானோ அவனுக்கும் நோவினை தரும் வேதனையிலிருந்து சுவைக்கும்படி நாம் செய்வோம்.

and when we make people taste of mercy they rejoice in it, and if an evil befall them for what their hands have already wrought, lo! they are in despair.
இன்னும் நாம் மனிதர்களை (நம்) ரஹ்மத்தை ருசிக்க (அனுபவிக்க)ச் செய்தால். அவர்கள் அதைக் கொண்டு மகிழ்கிறார்கள்; ஆனால் அவர்களுடைய கைகள் முன்னரே செய்துள்ளதைக் கொண்டு ஒரு தீங்கு அவர்களுக்கு சம்பவித்து விட்டால் அவர்கள் நிராசைப்பட்டு விடுகிறார்கள்.

among his signs are the breezes he sends as harbingers of happy news, so that he may allow you to taste of his mercy, and that ships may sail by his command, and you may seek of his bounty, and may haply be grateful.
இன்னும் நீங்கள் அவன் ரஹ்மத்திலிருந்து சுவைப்பதற்காகவும், கப்பல் தன் உத்தரவினால் (கடலில்) செல்வதற்காகவும், தன் அருளை நீங்கள் தேடிக் கொள்வதற்காகவும், நீங்கள் நன்றி செலுத்துவதற்காகவும் (இவற்றுக்கெல்லாமாக) நன்மாராயங் கூறிக்கொண்டு வருபவையாகக் காற்றுகளை அனுப்புகிறானே அதுவும் அவன் அத்தாட்சிகளிலுள்ளதாகும்.

and of his signs is that he looses the winds, bearing good tidings and that he may let you taste of his mercy, and that the ships may run at his commandment, and that you may seek his bounty; haply so you will be thankful.
இன்னும் நீங்கள் அவன் ரஹ்மத்திலிருந்து சுவைப்பதற்காகவும், கப்பல் தன் உத்தரவினால் (கடலில்) செல்வதற்காகவும், தன் அருளை நீங்கள் தேடிக் கொள்வதற்காகவும், நீங்கள் நன்றி செலுத்துவதற்காகவும் (இவற்றுக்கெல்லாமாக) நன்மாராயங் கூறிக்கொண்டு வருபவையாகக் காற்றுகளை அனுப்புகிறானே அதுவும் அவன் அத்தாட்சிகளிலுள்ளதாகும்.

and when we cause mankind to taste of mercy they rejoice therein; but if an evil thing befall them as the consequence of their own deeds, lo! they are in despair!
இன்னும் நாம் மனிதர்களை (நம்) ரஹ்மத்தை ருசிக்க (அனுபவிக்க)ச் செய்தால். அவர்கள் அதைக் கொண்டு மகிழ்கிறார்கள்; ஆனால் அவர்களுடைய கைகள் முன்னரே செய்துள்ளதைக் கொண்டு ஒரு தீங்கு அவர்களுக்கு சம்பவித்து விட்டால் அவர்கள் நிராசைப்பட்டு விடுகிறார்கள்.

and if we give him a taste of prosperity, after some adversity has afflicted him, he will say, “troubles have gone away from me.” he becomes excited and proud.
அவனுக்கு ஏற்பட்ட துன்பத்திற்குப் பின், நாம் அருட்கொடைகளை அவன் அனுபவிக்கும்படிச் செய்தால், "என்னை விட்டுக் கேடுகள் எல்லாம் போய்விட்டன" என்று நிச்சயமாகக் கூறுவான். நிச்சயமாக அவன் பெருமகிழ்ச்சியும் பெருமையும் கொள்பவனாக இருக்கின்றான்.
