and we rained upon them a rain; consider then what was the end of the guilty.
இன்னும் நாம் அவர்கள் மீது (கல்) மாரியைப் பொழியச் செய்(து அவர்களை அழித்)தோம், ஆகவே, குற்றவாளிகளின் இறுதி முடிவு என்ன ஆயிற்று என்று (நபியே!) நீர் நோக்குவீராக.

say, "travel about the land and see what was the end of the deniers."
"பூமியில் நீங்கள் சுற்றி வந்து, (அல்லாஹ்வின் வசனங்களைப்) பொய்ப்பித்தவர்களின் முடிவு என்ன ஆயிற்று என்பதை நீங்கள் கவனித்துப் பாருங்கள்" என்று (நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக.

and when the time comes for raising the little girls (buried alive) --
மேலும், தூதர்களுக்கு(த் தம் சமூகத்தாருக்காகச் சாட்சியம் கூற) நேரம் குறிக்கப்படும்போது-

and on the day when he shall call them and say: what was the answer you gave to the apostles?

indeed there have been examples before you; therefore travel in the earth and see what was the end of the rejecters.
உங்களுக்கு முன் பல வழி முறைகள் சென்றுவிட்டன. ஆகவே, நீங்கள் பூமியில் சுற்றி வந்து (இறை வசனங்களைப்) பொய்யாக்கியோரின் முடிவு என்ன ஆயிற்று என்பதைப் பாருங்கள்.

say: "travel through the earth and see what was the end of those who rejected truth."
"பூமியில் நீங்கள் சுற்றி வந்து, (அல்லாஹ்வின் வசனங்களைப்) பொய்ப்பித்தவர்களின் முடிவு என்ன ஆயிற்று என்பதை நீங்கள் கவனித்துப் பாருங்கள்" என்று (நபியே!) நீர் கூறுவீராக.

we rained down on them a shower [of brimstone]. then see what was the end of the evil-doers.
இன்னும் நாம் அவர்கள் மீது (கல்) மாரியைப் பொழியச் செய்(து அவர்களை அழித்)தோம், ஆகவே, குற்றவாளிகளின் இறுதி முடிவு என்ன ஆயிற்று என்று (நபியே!) நீர் நோக்குவீராக.

many were the ways of life that have passed away before you: travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those who rejected truth.
உங்களுக்கு முன் பல வழி முறைகள் சென்றுவிட்டன. ஆகவே, நீங்கள் பூமியில் சுற்றி வந்து (இறை வசனங்களைப்) பொய்யாக்கியோரின் முடிவு என்ன ஆயிற்று என்பதைப் பாருங்கள்.

and we rained down on them a shower (of brimstone): then see what was the end of those who indulged in sin and crime!
இன்னும் நாம் அவர்கள் மீது (கல்) மாரியைப் பொழியச் செய்(து அவர்களை அழித்)தோம், ஆகவே, குற்றவாளிகளின் இறுதி முடிவு என்ன ஆயிற்று என்று (நபியே!) நீர் நோக்குவீராக.

have they not travelled through the earth, and seen what was the end of those before them? allah destroyed them completely and a similar (fate awaits) the disbelievers.
அவர்கள் பூமியில் பிரயாணம் செய்து இவர்களுக்கு முன்பு இருந்தவர்களின் முடிவு எப்படியிருந்தது என்பதைப் பார்க்கவில்லையா? அல்லாஹ் அவர்களை அடியோடு அழித்து விட்டான், காஃபிர்களுக்கும் இவை போன்றவைதாம் (முடிவுகள்) உண்டு.

and do not lie in wait in every path, threatening and turning away from allah's way him who believes in him and seeking to make it crooked; and remember when you were few then he multiplied you, and consider what was the end of the mischief-makers.
"மேலும், நீங்கள் ஒவ்வொரு வழியிலும் உட்கார்ந்து கொண்டு, அல்லாஹ்வின் மீது ஈமான் கொண்டவர்களை பயமுறுத்தி, (அவர்களை) அல்லாஹ்வின் பாதையை விட்டுத்தடுத்து, அதில் கோணலை உண்டு பண்ணாதீர்கள்; நீங்கள் சொற்பத் தொகையினராக இருந்தீர்கள்; அவன் உங்களை அதிக தொகையினராக்கினான் என்பதையும் நினைவு கூறுங்கள் - குழப்பம் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தோரின் முடிவு என்னுவாயிற்று என்பதைக் கவனிப்பீர்களாக" (என்றும் கூறினார்).
