'Εκτός αυτού, σέ θέματα τόσο σημαντικά δσο ή αποζημίωση καί τό άντιτάξιμο τών μέτρων επιφυλάξεως τής κυριότητας στή μάζα τών πιστωτών, δέ θά αρκούσε νά περιορισθούμε σ' έναν κανόνα συγκρούσεως, τού όποιου ή επιλογή άλλωστε θά ήταν πολύ λεπτό ζήτημα.
