we agree and wish it were easier too . regarding the error messages , you can send us more information on the gadgets you’re copying and we’ll try to help . but like we said , the instructions don’t work for some gadgets and you’ll get a good idea if the copy will work in step #5 of the “ find and copy the google gadget source code ” section . without getting into the ugly details , gadgets based on a url source generally appear to copy well .
