-después de este período, el bokashi debe presentar un olor agridulce agradable que nos recuerde un licor.
-after the above period, the bokashi should present an odor of fermenting liquor. at this moment the bokashi is ready to be used. if the bokashi does not have such odor it means it was contaminated and must be discarded.

-si el bokashi no presenta olor agradable, eso significa que hubo contaminación, y el material deberá ser descartado.
- if the bokashi does not produce the odor described above, this may also mean that contamination occurred and therefore the material must be discarded.

en estos casos las partes expuestas deben ocultarse con lo que en japón se llama bokashi (velado) o con imágenes pixeladas.
