i henhold til denne forordning kan kommissionen på grundlag af en analyse i hvert enkelt tilfælde af den nationale og sektorspecifikke kapacitet til at varetage program- eller projektforvaltning, finanskontrolprocedurer og strukturer vedrørende offentlige finanser beslutte at fravige kravet om forudgående godkendelse.
this regulation provides that the commission may decide, on the basis of a case-by-case analysis of national and sectoral programme/project management capacity, financial control procedures and structures regarding public finance to waive the ex ante approval requirement.

i henhold til forordning (ef) nr. 1266/1999 og forordning (ef) nr. 2222/2000 har kommissionen analyseret den nationale og sektorspecifikke kapacitet til at varetage program- eller projektforvaltning og finanskontrolprocedurer og -strukturer vedrørende offentlige finanser og fastslået, at rumæniens gennemførelse af ovennævnte foranstaltninger er i overensstemmelse med artikel 4-6 i og bilaget til forordning (ef) nr. 2222/2000 og minimumskriterierne i bilaget til forordning (ef) nr. 1266/1999.
pursuant to regulation (ec) no 1266/1999 and regulation (ec) no 2222/2000, the commission analysed the national and sectorial programme/project management capacity, financial control procedures and structures regarding public finance and considers that, for the implementation of the aforementioned measures, romania complies with the provisions of articles 4 to 6 and of the annex to regulation (ec) no 2222/2000 and with the minimum conditions set out in the annex to regulation (ec) no 1266/1999.
