ihi a wen-d-iniɣ : yella dagi win yugaren axxam iqedsen.
but i say unto you, that in this place is one greater than the temple.

and if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.

yenna-yasen daɣen : axxam anda stṛeḥben yis-wen qqimet ɣuṛ-sen alamma tṛuḥem.
and he said unto them, in what place soever ye enter into an house, there abide till ye depart from that place.

axaṭer yal axxam yella win i t-yebnan, ma d win i d-ixelqen kra yellan, d sidi ṛebbi.
for every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is god.

?-țideț sidna Ɛisa yesɛa ccan akteṛ n sidna musa, imi win yebnan axxam, d nețța i gesɛan ccan akteṛ n wexxam yebna.
for this man was counted worthy of more glory than moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.

tuɣalem d axxam yebnan ɣef lsas i ssersen ṛṛusul akk-d lenbiya, Ɛisa lmasiḥ s yiman-is i d azṛu alemmas yeṭṭfen lebni.
and are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, jesus christ himself being the chief corner stone;

ihi win yesseɣlin axxam n sidi ṛebbi, sidi ṛebbi a t-isseɣli axaṭer axxam n sidi ṛebbi d imqeddes, d kunwi i d axxam-is.
if any man defile the temple of god, him shall god destroy; for the temple of god is holy, which temple ye are.

ad ibarek sidi ṛebbi axxam n gma-tneɣ unisifur axaṭer daymen yețṣebbiṛ-iyi, ur yessetḥa ara yis-i imi di lḥebs i lliɣ ;
the lord give mercy unto the house of onesiphorus; for he oft refreshed me, and was not ashamed of my chain:

yerna yenna i wid yeznuzun itbiren : kkset syagi ssuq-nwen ! wagi d axxam n baba, ur t-țarrat ara d ssuq !
and said unto them that sold doves, take these things hence; make not my father's house an house of merchandise.

ma d win ismeḥsisen i wawal iw, ur nxeddem ara wayen i d-qqaṛeɣ, icuba ɣer wemdan ur nețxemmim ara, i gebnan axxam-is ɣef ṛṛmel ;
and every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

fehmet ayagi : lemmer yeẓra bab n wexxam lweqt i deg ara d-yas umakar, tili a t-iɛass ur t-ițțaǧa ara ad ikcem axxam-is.
and this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.
