ayrıca alıcı, işbu sözleşmeyi imzalamadan önce satıcının satış personeli tarafından kendisine satıcının ismi, unvanı, açık adresi, telefon numarası ve diğer iletişim bilgileri sözleşme konusu konuta ilişkin bağımsız bölümün yer aldığı ada, parsel, blok, konum, kat ve benzeri temel nitelik bilgileri ile bağımsız bölüm net ve brüt alanları ile bağımsız bölümün tüm vergiler dâhil satış fiyatı; teslim şekli ve diğer masraflara ilişkin bilgiler ve ödemelerde gecikme olması halinde faiz miktarı ve faizin hesaplandığı yıllık oran, tüketicinin cayma ve sözleşmeden dönme hakkına ilişkin bilgiler ile yine bağımsız bölümün teslim tarihi, teminata ilişkin bilgiler, yapı ruhsatının alınış tarihi, yönetim planı, bağımsız bölüm planı, vaziyet planı, kat planı ve teknik şartname ile yine satışa konu konutun takyidatlı tapu kayıt örneği hakkında yani proje ve sözleşme konusu bağımsız bölüm ile ilgili gerekli her türlü bilginin verildiğini, bağımsız bölümü satın alma kararında satıcının reklam ve tanıtımlarının etkisi olmadığını, kendisine sunulan işbu sözleşme metnini baştan sona okuyup incelediğini ve gerekli müzakereyi yaptığını, soracağı hususları sorduğunu ve bunlarla ilgili verilen bilgileri yeterli bulduğunu, satışa konu bağımsız bölümün içinde bulunduğu ve projenin hali hazır durumu hakkında herhangi bir tereddüdü ve anlamadığı bir husus bulunmadığını kabul ve beyan eder.
