Τα αντιβιοτικά ανιχνεύονται και αναγνωρίζονται δια συγκρίσεως των τιμών rf αυτών μεθ' εκείνων των προτύπων ουσιών είτε δια φθορισμού σε λυχνίες uv (μεγάλη περιεκτικότητα αντιβιοτικών), είτε δια βιοαυτογραφίας εντός μέσου άγαρος εμβολιασμένου μετά b. cereus.
the antibiotics are detected and identified by comparing their rf values with those of the standard substances, either by fluorescence in uv light ( high antibiotic contents ) or by bioautography on an agar medium inoculated with b . cereus .
