avevo seguito la tesi di laurea di una laureanda della facoltà di psicologia dell’università “la sapienza” (sic!) di roma ed ella, affascinata dalle nuove tesi micropsicoanalitiche, aveva dedicato un intero capitolo all’esistenza della “guerra uterina”: ancora risuonano nelle mie orecchie gli sguaiati sghignazzi che i cosiddetti “cattedratici” (tra i nomi più altisonanti della psicologia italiana) le rivolsero.
i had followed the degree thesis of a final year student of the faculty of psychology at the university “la sapienza” (“the wisdom”[sic!]) in rome. fascinated by the new micropsychoanalytic theses, she had dedicated a whole chapter to the existence of the “intrauterine war”: the scornful laughter which the so-called “professors” (the most pompous names of italian psychology) addressed to her, is still ringing in my ears.
