l'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un transpondeur ainsi que l'équipement de fabrication correspondant. ce procédé de fabrication industriel automatisé permet de fabriquer des transpondeurs et autres composants électroniques similaires. un équipement microinformatisé et robotisé permet d'exécuter de manière automatique et continue différentes fonctions et opérations de la production industrielle, au moyen d'une séquence de plateaux tournants verticaux (16) et horizontaux (6, 18), sur lesquels un petit outil ou un moule magnétique (13) se déplace et autour desquels un fil métallique enroulé et soudé par pression sur une petite puce (4); ces plateaux recevant une protection extérieure ou une encapsulation au moyen d'un bain de résine liquide polymérisable (17). ce procédé est différent des autres procédés industriels du fait qu'il intègre l'outil ou le moule magnétique (13) qui sert tout au long de la chaîne de production de la pièce en question, qui est unitaire au cours de la fabrication et qui est réutilisé après extraction du produit fini.
