medan jag generellt sett kan stödja de aktningsvärda målen om större öppenhet och ansvarsskyldighet i ecb : s verksamhet, finner jag att detta betänkande som ständigt använder frasen" democratic accountability"( översatt till demokratisk ansvarsskyldighet ) har, faktiskt, blandat ihop" accountability" med" to give an account".
whilst in general i can support the worthy objectives of greater transparency and accountability in the workings of the ecb, i find that this report which continually uses the phrase 'democratic accountability' has, in fact, confused accountability with the giving of an account.
