Съгласно член 1, параграф 4, буква и), параграф 1, б) от Регламент (ЕИО) №1576/89, максималното съдържание на метилов алкохол в плодови спиртни напитки (eau-de-vie), произведени от червено или черно френско грозде (сорт ribes), офика (sorbus aucuparia) и бъз (sambucus nigra) е 1 350 гр. на хектолитър алкохол при 100 об. %, а максималното съдържание на метилов алкохол в плодови спиртни напитки (eau-de-vie), приготвени от малини (rubus idaeus l.) и къпини (rubus fruticosus l.) е 1 200 гр. на хектолитър алкохол при 100 об. %.
