and whoever is niggardly, it is only at the expense of his ownself.
Баъзе аз шумо бахили мекунанд, ва ҳар кас ки бахилӣ кунад, дар ҳаққи худ бахилӣ кардааст.

or do you demand any wages from them so that they are burdened with expense?
Ё аз онҳо музде металабӣ ва пардохти музд бар онҳо душвор аст?

and whatever expense ye expend or whatever vow ye vow, verily allah knoweth it: and for the wrong doers there will be no helpers.

and hajj (pilgrimage to makkah) to the house (ka'bah) is a duty that mankind owes to allah, those who can afford the expenses (for one's conveyance, provision and residence); and whoever disbelieves [i.e. denies hajj (pilgrimage to makkah), then he is a disbeliever of allah], then allah stands not in need of any of the 'alamin (mankind and jinns).
Барои Худо ҳаҷҷи он хона бар касоне, ки қудрати рафтан ба онро дошта бошанд, воҷиб аст. Ва ҳар кӣ роҳи куфр пеш гирад, бидонад, кн Худо бар ҷаҳониён мӯҳтоҷ нест».
