and then he built chambers against all the house, five cubits high: and they rested on the house with timber of cedar.
ug gitukod niya ang mga panalganan diha sa bongbong sa tibook balay, tagilma ka maniko ang kahabogon: ug sila nanagtindog sa ibabaw sa balay uban sa kahoy nga cedro.

now it came to pass in the fourteenth year of king hezekiah, that sennacherib king of assyria came up against all the defenced cities of judah, and took them.
karon nahitabo sa ikanapulo ug upat ka tuig ni hari ezechias, nga si sennachrerib nga hari sa asiria mitungas batok sa tanang mga pinalig-onang ciudad sa juda, ug giagaw sila.

and i will bring upon that land all my words which i have pronounced against it, even all that is written in this book, which jeremiah hath prophesied against all the nations.
ug dad-on ko diha nianang yutaa ang akong mga pulong nga akong gipamulong batok niana, bisan kadtong tanan nga nahasulat niining basahona, nga gitagna ni jeremias batok sa tanang mga nasud.

seeing then that i will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north:
nan sanglit kay putlon ko gikan kanimo ang matarung ug ang dautan, tungod niini ang akong espada mogula gikan sa iyang sakoban batok sa tanang unod sukad sa habagatan ngadto sa amihanan:

for the saying which he cried by the word of the lord against the altar in bethel, and against all the houses of the high places which are in the cities of samaria, shall surely come to pass.
kay ang pulong nga iyang gisinggit tungod sa pulong ni jehova sa atubangan sa halaran sa beth-el, ug batok sa tanang mga balay sa mga hatag-as nga dapit nga anaa sa mga ciudad sa samaria, sa walay duhaduha mahanabo gayud.

now therefore know and consider what thou wilt do; for evil is determined against our master, and against all his household: for he is such a son of belial, that a man cannot speak to him.
busa karon ilha ug hunahunaa kong unsay imong pagabuhaton; kay dautan ang gitinguha batok sa atong agalon, ug batok sa tibook niyang balay; kay siya maoy usa ka tawo nga walay kapuslanan, ug walay bisan kinsa nga makasulti kaniya.

i have set the point of the sword against all their gates, that their heart may faint, and their ruins be multiplied: ah! it is made bright, it is wrapped up for the slaughter.
gipahamutang ko ang mahulgaon nga espada diha sa tanan nilang mga ganghaan, aron ang ilang kasingkasing matunaw, ug ang ilang paghidugmo padaghanon: ah! kana ginahimo ingon sa kilat, kana gitalinsan aron ipatay.

when the king of babylon's army fought against jerusalem, and against all the cities of judah that were left, against lachish, and against azekah: for these defenced cities remained of the cities of judah.
sa diha nga ang mga sundalo sa hari sa babilonia nakig-away batok sa jerusalem, ug batok sa tanang mga ciudad sa juda nga nanghibilin, batok sa lachis, ug batok sa azeca: kay kining mga ciudara sa mga ciudad sa juda mao lamang ang nanghibilin sa mga ciudad nga kinutaan.

the word which came unto jeremiah from the lord, when nebuchadnezzar king of babylon, and all his army, and all the kingdoms of the earth of his dominion, and all the people, fought against jerusalem, and against all the cities thereof, saying,
ang pulong nga midangat kang jeremias gikan kang jehova sa diha nga nakig-away si nabucodonosor, nga hari sa babilonia ug ang tanan niyang mga sundalo, ug ang tanang mga gingharian sa yuta nga iyang gimandoan, ug ang tanang mga katawohan batok sa jerusalem, ug batok sa tanang mga ciudad niini, nga nagaingon:

therefore thus saith the lord god; surely in the fire of my jealousy have i spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all idumea, which have appointed my land into their possession with the joy of all their heart, with despiteful minds, to cast it out for a prey.
busa mao kini ang giingon sa ginoong jehova: sa pagkamatuod sa taliwala sa kalayo sa akong pangabugho namulong ako batok sa salin sa mga nasud, ug batok sa tibook nga idumea, nga nagpili sa akong yuta alang sa ilang kaugalingon aron panag-iyahon uban ang kalipay sa bug-os nilang kasingkasing, uban ang pagtamay sa kalag, sa pagsalikway niini aron mahimong tukbonon.

for, lo, i will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith the lord; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entering of the gates of jerusalem, and against all the walls thereof round about, and against all the cities of judah.
kay, ania karon, ako motawag sa tanang mga banay sa mga gingharian sa amihanan, nagaingon si jehova: ug sila mangabut, ug ang tagsatagsa kanila mopahaluna sa iyang trono sa pagsulod mo sa mga ganghaan sa jerusalem, ug batok sa tanang mga kuta nga nagalibut didto, ug batok sa tanang mga ciudad sa juda.
