participants visiting sindhuli hospital, dermatology opd will be approached. a detailed history will be taken and data will be recorded in the predesigned proforma including personal information of participant (age, sex, ethnicity, religion, address, education, personal hygiene), educational status and occupation of the patients. the history regarding the chief complaints, duration of the illness, onset, progression, associated symptoms, cutaneous symptoms, nail changes, oral or mucosal symptoms, systemic symptoms, comorbidities, past illness, past treatment will be taken. a thorough clinical examination including general examination, systemic examination, examination of skin, scalp, hair, nails, mucosa will be carried out. participants will be required to fill the kap questionnaires.
सिन्धुली अस्पताल, त्वचा विशेषज्ञ ओपीडी भ्रमण गर्ने सहभागीहरू सम्पर्क गरिनेछ। विस्तृत ईतिहास लिईनेछ र डाटा पूर्वनिर्धारित प्रोफार्मामा अभिलेख राखिने छ जसमा सहभागीको व्यक्तिगत जानकारी (उमेर, लि ,्ग, जातीयता, धर्म, ठेगाना, शिक्षा, व्यक्तिगत स्वच्छता), शैक्षिक स्थिति र बिरामीहरूको पेशा समावेश छ। मुख्य उजूरीको बारेमा इतिहास, बिरामीको अवधि, शुरुआत, प्रगति, सम्बन्धित लक्षण, कटानेस लक्षण, नेल परिवर्तन, मौखिक वा म्यूकोसल लक्षणहरू
