دەكات. وەكو شێت شۆفێری

he is only a madman, so bear with him for a time.
ئه‌مه جگه له‌وه‌ى که پیاوێکه شێتى سه‌رى لێداوه‌، هیچى تر نى یه‌، که‌واته تا ماوه‌یه‌ك مۆڵه‌تى بده‌ن و وازى لێ بهێنن، (یان کۆڵ ده‌دات، یان ده‌مرێت!!).

thou art not, for thy lord's favour unto thee, a madman.
(ئه‌ی پێغه‌مبه‌ر صلی الله علیه وسلم تۆ به‌هۆی نازو نیعمه‌تی په‌روه‌ردگارته‌وه دووریت له شێتی یه‌وه وه‌کو نه‌فامن ده‌ڵێن)

but they turned away from him, and said, ‘a tutored madman?’
پاشان پشتیان تێکرد و وتیان: فێرکراوێکی شێته‌!!

then he turned away with his court, and said: a magician or a madman.
ئه‌ویش پشتی هه‌لکرد به‌هۆی سه‌ربازو دارو ده‌سته‌که‌یه‌وه‌و وتی (ئه‌م فرستاده‌یه‌) جادووگه‌ره‌، یان شێته!!

but he turned away with his supporters and said," a magician or a madman."
ئه‌ویش پشتی هه‌لکرد به‌هۆی سه‌ربازو دارو ده‌سته‌که‌یه‌وه‌و وتی (ئه‌م فرستاده‌یه‌) جادووگه‌ره‌، یان شێته!!

but he turned away with his warlords, and said, “a sorcerer or a madman.”
ئه‌ویش پشتی هه‌لکرد به‌هۆی سه‌ربازو دارو ده‌سته‌که‌یه‌وه‌و وتی (ئه‌م فرستاده‌یه‌) جادووگه‌ره‌، یان شێته!!

wherefore admonish thou! thou art not, by the grace of thy lord, a soothsayer or a madman.
ئه‌ی محمد (صلی الله علیه وسلم) ئامۆژگاری ئه‌وخه‌ڵکه بکه‌، چونکه‌به‌هۆی نازو نیعمه‌تی په‌روه‌ردگارته‌وه‌نه‌فاڵچیت، نه‌شێتی

but he withdrew (confiding) in his might, and said: a wizard or a madman.
ئه‌ویش پشتی هه‌لکرد به‌هۆی سه‌ربازو دارو ده‌سته‌که‌یه‌وه‌و وتی (ئه‌م فرستاده‌یه‌) جادووگه‌ره‌، یان شێته!!

and they had turned away from him and said: one taught (by others), a madman?
پاشان پشتیان تێکرد و وتیان: فێرکراوێکی شێته‌!!

(pharaoh) said: lo! your messenger who hath been sent unto you is indeed a madman!
فیرعه‌ون (به گاڵته پێکردنه‌وه‌) وتی: به ڕاستی (وا دیاره‌) ئه‌و پێغه‌مبه‌ره‌ی بۆ ئێوه ڕه‌وانه کراوه شێته‌!!

(pharaoh) said: "truly your messenger who has been sent to you is a veritable madman!"
فیرعه‌ون (به گاڵته پێکردنه‌وه‌) وتی: به ڕاستی (وا دیاره‌) ئه‌و پێغه‌مبه‌ره‌ی بۆ ئێوه ڕه‌وانه کراوه شێته‌!!

and (o people) your companion (muhammad (peace be upon him)) is not a madman;
دڵنیابن که هاورێکه‌تان { محمد (صلی الله علیه وسلم) } شێت نیه و (له‌که‌ماڵی ژیریدایه‌).

before these, the people of nooh denied and they belied our bondman and said, “he is a madman” and rebuffed him.
پێش ئه‌مانیش قه‌ومی نوح بروایان به‌به‌نده‌ی به‌ڕێزی ئێمه نه‌کردو وتیان: شێته‌، زۆریش پیاهه‌ڵشاخان و دژایه‌تی کرا

fir'aun (pharaoh) said: "verily, your messenger who has been sent to you is a madman!"
فیرعه‌ون (به گاڵته پێکردنه‌وه‌) وتی: به ڕاستی (وا دیاره‌) ئه‌و پێغه‌مبه‌ره‌ی بۆ ئێوه ڕه‌وانه کراوه شێته‌!!

there belied before them the people of nuh. so they belied our bondman nuh and said: `a madman;' and moreover he was reproven.
پێش ئه‌مانیش قه‌ومی نوح بروایان به‌به‌نده‌ی به‌ڕێزی ئێمه نه‌کردو وتیان: شێته‌، زۆریش پیاهه‌ڵشاخان و دژایه‌تی کرا

therefore, remind and preach (mankind, o muhammad saw of islamic monotheism). by the grace of allah, you are neither a soothsayer, nor a madman.
ئه‌ی محمد (صلی الله علیه وسلم) ئامۆژگاری ئه‌وخه‌ڵکه بکه‌، چونکه‌به‌هۆی نازو نیعمه‌تی په‌روه‌ردگارته‌وه‌نه‌فاڵچیت، نه‌شێتی

and verily, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their eyes through hatredness when they hear the reminder (the quran), and they say: "verily, he (muhammad saw) is a madman!"
(ئه‌ی پێغه‌مبه‌ر صلی الله علیه وسلم) به‌ڕاستی ئه‌وانه‌ی که بێ باوه‌ڕ بوون کاتێك که گوێیان له قورئان ده‌بێت نزیکه به چاویان هه‌ڵتدێرن، ده‌ڵێن: ئه‌م پێغه‌مبه‌ره ده‌ستی لێ وه‌شێنراوه‌.
