in the case referred to in article 24, the customs authorities shall have the right to charge a regularization fee.

whereas as provided for in the third paragraph of article 12 of the said regulation, the commission may, after 31 december 1990, take measures to stop quantities being charged against any particular preferential tariff limit if these limits were exceeded particularly as a result of regularizations of imports actually made during the preferential tariff period;
tā kā komisija, kā noteikts minētās regulas 12. panta trešajā daļā, pēc 1990. gada 31. decembra var veikt pasākumus, kas vajadzīgi, lai pārtrauktu maksājumu ieskaitīšanu kādā konkrētā preferenciālā tarifa limitā, ja šie limiti ir pārsniegti, jo īpaši preferenciālā tarifa periodā faktiski veiktās importa stabilizēšanas dēļ;
