主からの明白な印を受けた証人（預言者）に読み聞かされた者（信者たち）。そしてそれ以前に導師であり慈悲であるムーサーの啓典（律法）をいただいている人々。これら（啓示の下った民）こそはそれ（クルアーン）を信じる。だがそれを信じない一派の者たちは，火獄がかれらの約束された場所である。だからあなた（ムハンマド）は，それに就いて疑ってはならない。本当にそれはあなたの主からの真理である。だが人びとの多くは信じない。
