device for the distribution of liquid or pasty ingredients in predetermined amounts, by means of which a constant volume of mixture of the said ingredients may be obtained comprising reservoirs of ingredients and proportioning pumps which are adjustable in respect of the length of the stroke of their piston, each proportioning pump being provided at its point of discharge with a pipe for distributing the proportioned ingredient into a mixture container (3), teh free ends of all the distribution pipes being combined so as to distribute the ingredients simultaneously into the container (3), hte said device comprising : (a) n reservoirs (1) of ingredients of a first type, (b) n piston-type proportioning pumps (2) of the salme geometry, each pump being fed from a reservoir (1) of ingredients of the first type and equipped at its point of discharge with a pipe which distributes the proportioned ingredient of the first type into the mixture container (3), and each pump being assigned ot each ingredient of the first type capable of constituting one of the ingredients of the mixture, (c) at least one assembly comprising a reservoir (4) of ingredient of a second type, and a proportioning pump (5) fed from the said reservoir (4) and equipped at its point of discharge with a pipe which distributes the proportioned ingredient of the second type into the container (3) (d) a proportioning pump (6) fed from a reservoir (7) of ingredient of a third type and equipped at its point of discharge with a pipe which distributes the ingredient of the third type into the container (3), the device being characterized in that it comprises, in addition ; (e) means m which affect the stroke of the pistons of the pumps (2), (5) and (6) in order to adjust correlatively the amounts of the ingredients of the mixture delivered by the said pumps so that, on the one hand, the total volume delivred by the pumps (2) associated with the reservoirs of ingredients of the first type, remains constant and that, on the other hand, the total volume delivered by the pumps (5) and (6) associated with the reservoirs of ingredients of the second and third types, remains constant.
