“คือบรรดาผู้ที่เจ้าได้ทำสัญญาไว้ในหมู่พวกเขา แล้วพวกเขาก็ทำลายสัญญาของพวกเขาในทุกครั้ง โดยที่พวกเขาหาเกรงกลัวไม่”

to everyone we have assigned beneficiaries in what is left by parents and relatives. those with whom you have made an agreement, give them their share. god is witness over all things.
และสำหรับแต่ละคนนั้น เราได้ให้มีผู้รับมรดก จากสิ่งที่ผู้บังเกิดเกล้าทั้งสอง และญาติที่ใกล้ชิดได้ทิ้งไว้ และบรรดาผู้ที่มือขวาของพวกเจ้าได้ตกลงไว้นั้น ก็จงให้แก่พวกเขาซึ่งส่วนได้ของพวกเขา แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺทรงเป็นพยานในทุกสิ่งทุกอย่าง

as for those who have honoured the treaty you made with them and who have not supported anyone against you: fulfill your agreement with them to the end of their term. god loves those who are righteous.
“นอกจากบรรดาผู้สักการะเจว็ด (มุชริกีน) ที่พวกเจ้าได้ทำสัญญาไว้ แล้วพวกเขามิได้ผิดสัญญาแก่พวกเจ้าแต่อย่างใด และมิได้สนับสนุนผู้ใดต่อต้านพวกเจ้า ดังนั้นจะให้ครบถ้วนแก่พวกเขาซึ่งสัญญาของพวกเขาจนถึงกำหนดเวลาของพวกเขาเถิดแท้จริงอัลลอฮ์นั้นทรงชอบผู้ที่ยำเกรงทั้งหลาย”

believers, do not consume your wealth among yourselves in falsehood, except there be trading by your mutual agreement. and do not kill yourselves. allah is the most merciful to you.
ผู้ศรัทธาทั้งหลาย! จงอย่ากินทรัพย์ของพวกเจ้า ในระหว่างพวกเจ้าโดยมิชอบ นอกจากมันจะเป็นการค้าขายที่เกิดจากความพอใจในหมู่พวกเจ้า และจงอย่าฆ่าตัวของพวกเจ้าเอง แท้จริงอัลลอฮฺเป็นผู้ทรงเมตตาต่อพวกเจ้าเสมอ

but he who fears an inclination to a wrong course or an act of disobedience on the part of the testator, and effects an agreement between the parties, there is no blame on him. surely allah is forgiving, merciful.
แล้วผู้ใดเกรงว่า ผู้ทำพินัยกรรมมีความไม่เป็นธรรม (โดยไม่รู้) หรือกระทำความผิด(โดยเจตนา) แล้ว แล้วเขาได้ประนีประนอมในระหว่างพวกเขา ก็ไม่มีโทษใด ๆ แก่เขา แท้จริงอัลลอฮ์เป็นผู้ทรงอภัยผู้ทรงเมตตาเสมอ

(i) a lease for more than 3 years must be made by deed: law of property act 1925, ss 52, 54(2); (ii) most contracts for the sale or disposition of an interest in land must be "made in writing": law of property (miscellaneous provisions) act 1989, s 2; (iii) contracts of guarantee are required to be evidenced in writing: statute of frauds, s 4.
