the species agelastes meleagrides, corythaeola cristata, crinifer piscator, musophaga violacea, columba caribaea, anthreptes pallidigaster, anthreptes rubritorques, liolaemus gravenhorstii, dromicus chamissonis, crotalus willardi — all currently included in annex b of the annex to regulation (ec) no 338/97 — are not subject to levels of international trade that might be incompatible with their survival and should therefore be deleted from annex b.
arterna agelastes meleagrides, corythaeola cristata, crinifer piscator, musophaga violacea, columba caribaea, anthreptes pallidigaster, anthreptes rubritorques, liolaemus gravenhorstii, dromicus chamissonis och crotalus willardi – som för närvarande är upptagna i bilaga b i bilagan till förordning (eg) nr 338/97 – är inte föremål för internationell handel i en omfattning som kan vara oförenlig med deras överlevnad. de bör därför utgå ur bilaga b.
