the formal investigation procedure concerning state aid granted to three icelandic investment banks through rescheduled loans on preferential terms is herby closed.
det formella granskningsförfarandet för statligt stöd som beviljats tre isländska investeringsbanker genom omlagda lån till förmånliga villkor avslutas härmed.

in the absence of any comments regarding the magnitude of the actual margin of dumping, recital (89) of the provisional regulation is herby confirmed.
eftersom inga synpunkter har lämnats, bekräftas härmed den faktiska dumpningsmarginalens storlek i skäl 89 i förordningen om preliminär tull.

in the light of the above, the findings set out in recitals 70 to 92 of the provisional regulation, i.e. that the material injury to the union industry was caused by the dumped imports, are herby confirmed.
mot bakgrund av ovanstående bekräftas slutsatserna i skälen 70–92 i förordningen om preliminär tull, dvs. att den dumpade importen vållade unionsindustrin väsentlig skada.
