by the dawn
በጎህ እምላለሁ ፡ ፡

by the moon ,
( ከክህደት ) ይከልከሉ ፡ ፡ በጨረቃ እምላለሁ ፡ ፡

hunger is created by the combination of regime policy failure, political oppression and climate change.
ረኀብ በስርዓቶች የፖሊሲ ውድቀት፣ የፖለቲካ ጭቆና እና የአየር ንብረት ለውጥ ድምር ውጤት የሚከሰት ነገር ነው፡፡

by the mount
በጡር ( ጋራ ) እምላለሁ ፡ ፡

by the dawnraiders ,
በማለዳ ወራሪዎች በኾኑትም ፤

by the clear book
ገላጭ በኾነው መጽሐፍ እምላለሁ ፡ ፡

by the brightening dawn ,
በንጋቱም ባበራ ጊዜ ፡ ፡

by the manifest book !
አብራሪ በኾነው መጽሐፍ እንምላለን ፡ ፡

by the mount sinai ,
በጡር ( ጋራ ) እምላለሁ ፡ ፡

by the elevated canopy ;
ከፍ በተደረገው ጣራም ፡ ፡

or were they created by nothing , or were they the creators [ of themselves ] ?
ወይስ ያለ አንዳች ( ፈጣሪ ) ተፈጠሩን ? ወይስ እነርሱ ፈጣሪዎች ናቸውን ?

among those we have created are a nation who guide by the truth and do justice thereby .
ከፈጠርናቸውም ሰዎች በእውነት የሚመሩ በእርሱም ( ፍርድን ) የሚያስተካክሉ ሕዝቦች አልሉ ፡ ፡

and all things we have created by pairs , that haply ye may reflect .
ትገነዘቡም ዘንድ ከነገሩ ሁሉ ሁለት ( ተቃራኒ ) ዓይነትን ፈጠርን ፡ ፡

so we seized the unbelievers . how great was the change i wrought in their condition then !
ከዚያም እነዚያን የካዱትን ያዝኳቸው ፡ ፡ ቅጣቴም እንዴት ነበር ! ( በስፍራው ነው ) ፡ ፡

allah has created this – therefore show me what has been created by those other than him ; in fact the unjust are in open error .
ይህ የአላህ ፍጡር ነው ፡ ፡ እነዚያ ከእርሱ ሌላ ያሉት ምንን እንደፈጠሩ እስኪ አሳዩኝ ፡ ፡ በእውነቱ በዳዮቹ በግልጽ ጥመት ውስጥ ናቸው ፡ ፡

so when i have fashioned him and breathed into him ( his ) soul created by me , then you fall down prostrate to him . "
« ፍጥረቱንም ባስተካከልኩና ከመንፈሴ በነፋሁበት ጊዜ ለእርሱ ሰጋጆች ኾናችሁ ውደቁ » ( አልኩ ) ፡ ፡

if anyone changes the bequest after hearing it , the guilt shall be on those who make the change . for allah hears and knows ( all things ) .
( ኑዛዜውን ) ከሰማውም በኋላ የለወጠው ሰው ኃጢአቱ በነዚያ በሚለውጡት ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡ አላህ ሰሚ ዐዋቂ ነውና ፡ ፡

and if you ask them , “ who has created the heavens and the earth ? ” , they will surely say , “ they are created by the most honourable , the all knowing . ”
« ሰማያትንና ምድርንም ማን ፈጠራቸው » ብለህ ብትጠይቃቸው « አሸናፊው ዐዋቂው ( አላህ ) በእርግጥ ፈጠራቸው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

and if you should ask them , " who has created the heavens and the earth ? " they would surely say , " they were created by the exalted in might , the knowing . "
« ሰማያትንና ምድርንም ማን ፈጠራቸው » ብለህ ብትጠይቃቸው « አሸናፊው ዐዋቂው ( አላህ ) በእርግጥ ፈጠራቸው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

have they not contemplated the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and everything created by god , ( to educe ) that perhaps their own term is drawing to a close ? in what lore after this would they then believe ?
በሰማያትና በምድር ግዛት ውስጥ ከማንኛው ነገር አላህ በፈጠረውም ሁሉ የሞት ጊዜያቸውም በእርግጥ መቅረቡ የሚፈራ መኾኑን አያስተውሉምን ከእርሱም ( ከቁርኣን ) ወዲያ በየትኛው ንግግር ያምናሉ ፡ ፡
