ጣዖትንም ራቅ ፡ ፡

and it is not for a soul to believe except by permission of allah , and he will place defilement upon those who will not use reason .
ለማንኛዋም ነፍስ በአላህ ፈቃድ ቢሆን እንጂ ልታምን ( ችሎታ ) የላትም ፡ ፡ ( አላህ ለከፊሎቹ እምነትን ይሻል ) ፡ ፡ በእነዚያም በማያውቁት ላይ ርክሰትን ያደርጋል ፡ ፡

but as for those in whose heart is a sickness , it only adds defilement to their defilement , and they die while they are faithless .
እነዚያም በልቦቻቸው ውስጥ በሽታ ያለባቸውማ በርክሰታቸው ላይ ርክሰትን ጨመረችላቸው ፡ ፡ እነርሱም ከሓዲዎች ኾነው ሞቱ ፡ ፡

this is [ true ] guidance , and there is a painful punishment due to defilement for those who defy the signs of their lord .
ይህ ( ቁርኣን ) መሪ ነው ፡ ፡ እነዚያም በጌታቸው አንቀጾች የካዱት ለእነርሱ ከብርቱ ቅጣት የኾነ አሳማሚ ስቃይ አልላቸው ፡ ፡

but those who contend with our signs seeking to frustrate [ their purpose ] , for such is a painful punishment due to defilement .
እነዚያም የሚያመልጡ መስሏቸው አንቀጾቻችንን ለማፍረስ የጣሩ እነዚያ ለእነርሱ ከመጥፎ ቅጣት የኾነ አሳማሚ ስቃይ አላቸው ፡ ፡

when he was causing slumber to overcome you as a security from him , and sending down on you water from heaven , to purify you thereby , and to put away from you the defilement of satan , and to strengthen your hearts , and to confirm your feet .
ከእርሱ በኾነው ጸጥታ ( በጦር ግንባር ) በእንቅልፍ በሸፈናችሁና ውሃውንም በእርሱ ሊያጠራችሁ ፣ የሰይጣንንም ጉትጎታ ከእናንተ ሊያስወግድላችሁ ፣ ልቦቻችሁንም ( በትዕግስት ) ሊያጠነክርላችሁ ፣ በእርሱም ጫማዎችን ( በአሸዋው ላይ ) ሊያደላድልላችሁ በእናንተ ላይ ከሰማይ ባወረደላችሁ ጊዜ ( አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡

[ hud ] said , " already have defilement and anger fallen upon you from your lord . do you dispute with me concerning [ mere ] names you have named them , you and your fathers , for which allah has not sent down any authority ?
« ከጌታችሁ የኾነ ቅጣትና ቁጣ በእናንተ ላይ በእውነት ተረጋገጠ ፡ ፡ እናንተና አባቶቻችሁም ( አማልክት ብላችሁ ) በጠራችኋቸው ስሞች አላህ በእርሷ ምንም ማስረጃ ያላወረደባት ስትኾን ትከራከሩኛላችሁን ተጠባባቁም እኔ ከእናንተ ጋር ከተጠባባቂዎቹ ነኝና » አለ ፡ ፡
