ከዚያ እነርሱ በእርሱ የተለያዩበት ከኾነው ፡ ፡

allah will judge between you on the day of judgment concerning that wherein ye have been differing .
አላህ በትንሣኤ ቀን በዚያ በእርሱ ትለያዩበት በነበራችሁት ሁሉ በመካከላችሁ ይፈርዳል ፡ ፡

and some of us are the righteous , and some of us are otherwise ; we are sects differing .
‹ እኛም ከእኛ ውስጥ ደጎች አልሉ ፡ ፡ ከኛም ከዚህ ሌላ የኾኑ አልሉ ፡ ፡ የተለያዩ መንገዶች ( ባለ ቤቶች ) ነበርን ፡ ፡

and had thy lord willed , he would surely have made mankind of one community , and they will not cease differing .
ጌታህም በሻ ኖሮ ሰዎችን ሁሉ አንድ ሕዝብ ባደረጋቸው ነበር ፡ ፡ የተለያዩም ከመሆን አይወገዱም ፡ ፡

knower of the hidden and the open ! thou shalt judge between thy bondmen concerning that wherein they have been differing .
« ሰማያትንና ምድርን የፈጠርክ ሩቁንም ቅርቡንም ዐዋቂ የኾንክ አላህ ሆይ ! አንተ በባሮችህ መካከል በእዚያ በእርሱ ይለያዩበት በነበሩት ነገር ትፈርዳለህ » በል ፡ ፡

we have sent down this book to you that you may explain to them what it is that they are differing about , and as guidance and a grace for those who believe .
ባንተም ላይ መጽሐፉን አላወረድንም ፤ ያንን በርሱ የተለያዩበትን ለነርሱ ልታብራራላቸውና ለሚያምኑትም ሕዝቦች መሪና እዝነት ሊኾን እንጂ ፡ ፡

and they differed not except after the knowledge had come unto them , through spite among themselves . verily thy lord will decide between them on the day of judgment concerning that wherein they have been differing .
ከትዕዛዝም ግልጾችን ሰጠናቸው ፡ ፡ ዕውቀቱም ከመጣላቸው በኋላ በመካከላቸው ለምቀኝነት እንጅ ለሌላ አልተለያዩም ፡ ፡ ጌታህ በትንሣኤ ቀን በዚያ በእርሱ ይለያዩበት በነበሩት ነገር በመካከላቸው በእርግጥ ይፈርዳል ፡ ፡

do not use your oaths deceitfully because one party has ascendency over you . god surely tries you in this way : he will make it clear to you on the day of resurrection what you were differing about .
( ቃል ኪዳናችሁን በማፍረስ አንዲቱ ) ሕዝብ እርሷ ከ ( ሌላይቱ ) ሕዝብ የበዛች ለመኾንዋ በመካከላችሁ መሓሎቻችሁን ( ለክዳት ) መግቢያ አድርጋችሁ የምትይዙ ስትኾኑ እንደዚያች ፈትልዋን ከጠነከረ በኋላ ትርትሮች አድርጋ እንዳፈረሰችው ( ሴት ) አትኹኑ ፡ ፡ አላህ በእርሱ ይሞክራችኋል ፤ በትንሣኤ ቀንም በእርሱ ትለያዩበት የነበራችሁትን ነገር ለእናንተ በእርግጥ ያብራራላችኋል ፡ ፡

" o my two companions of the prison ! ( i ask you ) : are many lords differing among themselves better , or the one allah , supreme and irresistible ?
« የእስር ቤት ጓደኞቼ ሆይ ! የተለያዩ አምላኮች ይሻላሉን ወይስ አሸናፊው አንዱ አላህ
