ግን ሙቅ ውሃንና እዥን ( ይቀምሳሉ ) ፡ ፡

ይህ ( ለከሓዲዎች ነው ) ፡ ፡ ይቅመሱትም ፡ ፡ የፈላ ውሃና እዥ ነው ፡ ፡

besides , they accuse me of a crime , and i fear that they may put me to death . "
« ለእነርሱም በእኔ ላይ ( የደም ) ወንጀል አልለ ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ እንዳይገድሉኝ እፈራለሁ ፡ ፡ »

but those who repent after a crime and reform , shall be forgiven by god , for god is forgiving and kind .
ከበደሉም በኋላ የተጸጸተና ሥራውን ያሳመረ አላህ ጸጸቱን ከእርሱ ይቀበለዋል ፡ ፡ አላህ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡

those who deny the truth support one another . if you fail to do likewise , there will be great disorder and corruption in the land .
እነዚያም የካዱት ከፊሎቻቸው ለከፊሉ ረዳቶች ናቸው ፡ ፡ ( ከምእምናን መረዳዳትን ከከሓዲያን መቆራረጥን ) ባትሠሩት በምድር ላይ ሁከትና ታላቅ ጥፋት ይኾናል ፡ ፡

then they belied him , and they hamstrung her ; wherefore their lord overwhelmed them for their crime , and made it equal .
አስተባበሉትም ፡ ፡ ( ቋንጃዋን ) ወጓትም ፡ ፡ በኀጢኣታቸውም ምክንያት ጌታቸው ( ቅጣትን ) በእነርሱ ላይ ደመደመባቸው ፤ አስተካከላትም ፡ ፡

but they called him a liar and hamstrung her . so god obliterated them for their crime , and ( destroyed ) all of them alike .
አስተባበሉትም ፡ ፡ ( ቋንጃዋን ) ወጓትም ፡ ፡ በኀጢኣታቸውም ምክንያት ጌታቸው ( ቅጣትን ) በእነርሱ ላይ ደመደመባቸው ፤ አስተካከላትም ፡ ፡

but if the thief repents after his crime , and amends his conduct , allah turneth to him in forgiveness ; for allah is oft-forgiving , most merciful .
ከበደሉም በኋላ የተጸጸተና ሥራውን ያሳመረ አላህ ጸጸቱን ከእርሱ ይቀበለዋል ፡ ፡ አላህ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነውና ፡ ፡

as to the thief , male or female , cut off his or her hands : a punishment by way of example , from allah , for their crime : and allah is exalted in power .
ሰራቂውንና ሰራቂይቱንም በሠሩት ነገር ለቅጣት ከአላህ የኾነን መቀጣጫ እጆቻቸውን ቁረጡ ፡ ፡ አላህም አሸናፊ ጥበበኛ ነው ፡ ፡

if the truth had been in accord with their desires , truly the heavens and the earth , and all beings therein would have been in confusion and corruption ! nay , we have sent them their admonition , but they turn away from their admonition .
አላህም ዝንባሌዎቻቸውን በተከተለ ኖሮ ሰማያትና ምድር በውስጣቸውም ያለው ሁሉ በእርግጥ በተበላሸ ነበር ፡ ፡ ይልቁንም ክብራቸው ያለበትን ቁርኣን አመጣንላቸው ፡ ፡ እነርሱም ከክብራቸው ዘንጊዎች ናቸው ፡ ፡

" those whose lives the angels take while they are doing wrong to themselves ( by disbelief and by associating partners in worship with allah and by committing all kinds of crimes and evil deeds ) . " then , they will make ( false ) submission ( saying ) : " we used not to do any evil . "
( እነርሱ ) « እነዚያ ነፍሶቻቸውን በዳይ ኾነው መላእክት የሚገድሏቸው ናቸው ፡ ፡ ከክፉ ሥራ ምንም ነገር የምንሠራም አልነበርን » ( ሲሉ ) ታዛዥነታቸውን ይገልጻሉ ፡ ፡ « በእውነት አላህ ትሰሩት የነበራችሁትን ነገር ዐዋቂ ነው » ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡
