a member representing the union of arab bourses to be selected by the union´s board of directors.

الا يكون قد سبق إشهار افلاس أيا من أعضاء مجلس ادارة الشركة مالم يكن قد رد اليه اعتباره.
none of the company directors was not declared bankrupt unless discharged.

وقف نشاط الشركة إذا خالفت القرارات والقواعد المنظمة للتعامل والعضوية في السوق, أو إذا فقدت أيا من شروط الترخيص ولم تقم بعد إنذارها بإزالة المخالفة أو استكوال شروط الترخيص خلال المدة وبالشروط التي يحددها مجلس ادارة السوق.
suspending the company's activities in case it violated the decisions and rules controlling dealing and membership in the market or if it did not meet any of the license requirements - and though notified - did not set right the breach or fulfill the conditions of the license within the period and according to the terms set forth by the market´s board.

مادة (7) لطالب العضوية أن يعترض على قرار الرفض أمام مجلس ادارة السوق خلال أسبوعين من إخطاره به على أن يصدر المجلس قراره في شأنه خلال شهر من تاريخ الاعتراض.
article (7) the applicant for membership may appeal to the rejection resolution before the market´s board within two weeks of being notified thereof, provided the board issue its resolution in this regard within one month of objection date.

مادة (22) يلتزم العاملون بالشركة العضو بأن يخطروا ادارة الشركة بأي شكوى أو نزاع بينه احدهم وبين أحد عملاء الشركة , وعلى الشركة أن تخطر السوق بتلك الشكاوى والنزاعات وما تم اتخاذه بشأنها.
article (22) employees of the member company shall notify the company management of any complaint or dispute that may arise between one of them and a client, and the company shall notify the market of such complaints and disputes and actions taken thereof.

مادة (16) تلتزم الشركة العضو بتصميم نماذج موحدة لفتح الحساب بالشركة لدى كافة الفروع واخرى خاصة بالتعرف على العميل وفقا لما يرد في الاجراءات التنفيذية لهذه القواعد على ان تعرض تلك النماذج على مجلس ادارة السوق لاعتمادها قبل استخدامها.
article (16) the member company must design unified forms for opening a company account at all branches and other forms for client recognition according to the executive procedures of the rules herein stipulated, provided such forms are submitted to market´s board for approval before use.
