when the pregnant camels are neglected,
އަދި މާބަނޑު ޖަމަލުތައް އަޅާނުލައި ދޫކޮށްލާ ހިނދެވެ.

and when the pregnant she-camels shall be neglected;
އަދި މާބަނޑު ޖަމަލުތައް އަޅާނުލައި ދޫކޮށްލާ ހިނދެވެ.

ފަހެ، إيمان ވެހުރެ صالح عمل ތައް ކުރާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހާގެ عمل ގެއްލިއެއް ނުދާނެތެވެ. އަދި އެމީހާގެ عمل ތައް ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ލިޔުއްވާހުށީމެވެ.

but there came after them an evil generation, who neglected prayers and followed and sensual desires, so they win meet perdition,
ފަހެ، އެބޭކަލުންނަށްފަހު، އެހެންބަޔަކު އައޫއެވެ. އެއުރެން ނަމާދު ދޫކޮށްލޫއެވެ. އަދި هوى نفس ގެ އެދުންތަކަށް تبع ވޫއެވެ. ފަހެ، ނިކަންހުރެ އެއުރެން ހަލާކާ ކުރިމަތިލާހުށްޓެވެ!

but then they were succeeded by generations who neglected their prayers and were driven by their own desires. they will assuredly meet with destruction,
ފަހެ، އެބޭކަލުންނަށްފަހު، އެހެންބަޔަކު އައޫއެވެ. އެއުރެން ނަމާދު ދޫކޮށްލޫއެވެ. އަދި هوى نفس ގެ އެދުންތަކަށް تبع ވޫއެވެ. ފަހެ، ނިކަންހުރެ އެއުރެން ހަލާކާ ކުރިމަތިލާހުށްޓެވެ!

he will say: even so, our communications came to you but you neglected them; even thus shall you be forsaken this day.
އެކަލާނގެ وحى ކުރައްވާނެތެވެ. ހަމައެފަދައިން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތައް ކަލެޔާ ހަމަޔަށްއައެވެ. ފަހެ، އެ آية ތައް ކަލޭ ހަނދާން ނައްތައިލީމުއެވެ. ހަމައެފަދައިން، މިއަދު ކަލޭގެމަތިން ހަނދާން ނައްތައިލެވޭނެތެވެ. (އެބަހީ: اللَّه ގެ رحمة ން محروم ކޮށްލެވޭނެތެވެ.)

so when they neglected what they had been reminded of, we delivered those who forbade evil and we overtook those who were unjust with an evil chastisement because they transgressed.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނަށް ހަނދުމަކޮށްދެއްވި ކަންތައް އެއުރެން ހަނދާންނައްތައިލި ހިނދު، ނުބައިކަންތައް ނަހީކޮށް އުޅޭމީހުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މިންޖުކުރެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ގަދަފަދަވެގެންވާ عذاب އަކުން އަނިޔާވެރިވީ މީހުން ހިއްޕެވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން فاسق ވެ އުޅުނުކަމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

lest anyone should say, "alas for me, for having neglected what is due to god, and having been one of those who scoffed!"
اللَّه ގެ ފަރާތަށް (އަދާކުރަންޖެހޭ ވާޖިބުތަކުގައި) މިއަޅާ ފަރުވާކުޑަކުރި ކަމަށްޓަކައި، މިއަޅާޔަށްހުރި ހިތާމައިގެ ބޮޑުކަމާއޭ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރެ މީހަކަށް ބުނަންޖެހިދާނެތީއެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، މިއަޅާވީ (دين އަށް) ފުރައްސާރަކުރާ މީހުންގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ.

how many towns we have destroyed when they had been wrongdoers! so they lie fallen on their trellises, their wells neglected and their ruined palaces!
އެރަށްތަކުގެ أهل ވެރިން، އަނިޔާވެރިވެގެންވީހިނދު، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ހަލާކުކުރެއްވީ ކިތައްކިތައްރަށް ހެއްޔެވެ؟ ފަހެ، އެ ރަށްރަށްވަނީ، ފުރާޅުތަކާއި، عمارات ތައް ވެއްޓި ފުނޑުފުނޑުވެފައެވެ. އަދި (އެ ރަށްރަށުގައިވަނީ) ފަޅުވެފައިވާ ކިތައްކިތައް ވަޅާއި، އުސްކޮށް ބިނާކޮށްފައިވާ ކިތައްކިތައް ގަނޑުވަރު ހެއްޔެވެ؟

and it shall be said: today we forsake you as you neglected the meeting of this day of yours and your abode is the fire, and there are not for you any helpers:
އަދި އަންގަވާނެތެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މިދުވަހާ ބައްދަލުވާނެކަން ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ހަނދާންނައްތައިލި ފަދައިން، މިއަދު ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މަތިން ހަނދުމަނައްތަވާހުށީމެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުން ތިބެނިވި ތަނަކީ ނަރަކަޔެވެ. އަދި ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަށް نصر ދޭނޭ އެއްވެސް ބަޔަކު ނުވެތެވެ.

does man think that he will be left suda [neglected without being punished or rewarded for the obligatory duties enjoined by his lord (allah) on him]?
ބޭކާރުގޮތުގައި އޭނާ ދޫކޮށްލައްވާނެކަމަށް އިންސާނާ ހީކުރަނީ ހެއްޔެވެ؟

lest a soul should say, "oh [how great is] my regret over what i neglected in regard to allah and that i was among the mockers."
اللَّه ގެ ފަރާތަށް (އަދާކުރަންޖެހޭ ވާޖިބުތަކުގައި) މިއަޅާ ފަރުވާކުޑަކުރި ކަމަށްޓަކައި، މިއަޅާޔަށްހުރި ހިތާމައިގެ ބޮޑުކަމާއޭ ތިޔަބައިމީހުންކުރެ މީހަކަށް ބުނަންޖެހިދާނެތީއެވެ. އަދި ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، މިއަޅާވީ (دين އަށް) ފުރައްސާރަކުރާ މީހުންގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ.

"in order that i may work righteousness in the things i neglected." - "by no means! it is but a word he says."- before them is a partition till the day they are raised up.
(އެއީ) ތިމަންފަހަތަށް ދޫކުޅަ ކަންތަކުގައި صالح عمل ކުރުމުގެ އެދުމުގައެވެ. ހަމަހިލާ އެހެންނަކުން ނުވާނެއެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، އެއީ އޭނާ ބުނެލާ ބަހެކެވެ. އަދި އެއުރެންގެ ފަހަތުގައިވަނީ ފަރުދާއެކެވެ. އެއުރެން އަލުން ދިރުމަކަށް ފޮނުއްވާ ދުވަހަށްދާނދެނެވެ.
