اللَّه، އެއުރެން ކުޅަ ފުރައްސާރައިގެ ޖަޒާ އެއުރެންނަށް ދެއްވާހުށްޓެވެ. އަދި ދެފުށުއެޅޭ حال ގައި، އެއުރެންގެ އުރެދުމުގައި އުޅުމަށް އެއުރެންނަށް މުއްދަތު ދިގުކުރައްވާނެތެވެ.

but as for those who deny our signs, the punishment shall befall them because of the transgressions they used to commit.
ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ آية ތައް ދޮގުކުޅަ މީހުން (ދަންނާށެވެ!) އެއުރެން فاسق ވެ އުޅުނު ކަމަށްޓަކައި عذاب އެއުރެންގައި ބީހޭނެތެވެ.

whomsoever allah sends astray, none can guide him; and he lets them wander blindly in their transgressions.
اللَّه މަގުފުރައްދަވާމީހާ (ދަންނާށެވެ!) ފަހެ، އެމީހަކަށް ތެދުމަގުދައްކާނޭ ފަރާތެއް ނުވެތެވެ. އަދި ދެވޭ ނުދެވޭ ތަނެއްނޭނގި ތިބޭ حال ގައި، ފުރެދުމުގެ ތެރެޔަށް އެކަލާނގެ އެއުރެން ދޫކުރައްވަތެވެ.

we are indeed going to bring down upon the people of this town a punishment from the sky because of the transgressions they used to commit.’
(ملائكة ން ވިދާޅުވޫއެވެ.) ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، ތިމަންމެން މިރަށުގެ أهل ވެރިންގެ މައްޗަށް، އެއުރެން فاسق ވުމުގެ ސަބަބުން (اللَّه ގެ أمر ފުޅަށް) އުޑުން عذاب އެއް ފޮނުވާހުށީމެވެ.

and because of their transgressions they were drowned, and admitted into a fire, for they found not, apart from god, any to help them.
އެއުރެންގެ ފާފަތަކުގެ ސަބަބުން އެއުރެން غرق ކުރެއްވިއެވެ. ދެން އެއުރެން އަލިފާނަށް ވެއްދެވިއެވެ. ފަހެ، اللَّه ފިޔަވައި نصر ދޭނޭ ބަޔަކު އެއުރެންނަކަށް ނުފެނުނޫއެވެ.

so when they forgot what they had been reminded of, we delivered those who forbade evil [conduct] and seized the wrongdoers with a terrible punishment because of the transgressions they used to commit.
ފަހެ، އެއުރެންނަށް ހަނދުމަކޮށްދެއްވި ކަންތައް އެއުރެން ހަނދާންނައްތައިލި ހިނދު، ނުބައިކަންތައް ނަހީކޮށް އުޅޭމީހުން، ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ މިންޖުކުރެއްވީމެވެ. އަދި ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ގަދަފަދަވެގެންވާ عذاب އަކުން އަނިޔާވެރިވީ މީހުން ހިއްޕެވީމެވެ. (އެއީ) އެއުރެން فاسق ވެ އުޅުނުކަމަށްޓަކައެވެ.

"now put thy hand into thy bosom, and it will come forth white without stain (or harm): (these are) among the nine signs (thou wilt take) to pharaoh and his people: for they are a people rebellious in transgression."
އަދި ކަލޭގެފާނު ހެދުންކޮޅުގެ މަންސަފާއަށް އަތްޕުޅު ލައްވާށެވެ! އެއްވެސް ބަލިމަޑުކަމެއްގެ ނުބަޔަކާނުލައި، ހުދުކޮށް (ވިދަވިދާ އޮންނަގޮތުގައި) އެ އަތްޕުޅު ނުކުންނާނެތެވެ. فرعون އާއި، އޭނާގެ قوم ގެމީހުންނަށް ފޮނުއްވި ނުވަ معجزات ގެ ތެރެއިންނެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، فاسق ބަޔަކުކަމުގައި، އެއުރެންވޫއެވެ.
