(ދެންހުރި އެއްޗެއް ބައްޕަޔަށެވެ.) ފަހެ، އެ މަރުވި މީހާޔަށް أخ ންނާއި، أخت ން (އެކަކަށްވުރެ ގިނައިން) ތިބިނަމަ، ފަހެ، އޭނާގެ މަންމަޔަށް ހަބައިކުޅަ އެއްބަޔެވެެ. ކުރާ وصية އެއްވާނަމަ، އެ وصية އެއް تنفيذ ކުރުމަށްފަހުގައެވެ. ނުވަތަ، ދަރަންޏެއް ވާނަމަ، އެ ދަރަންޏެއް އަދާކުރުމަށް ފަހުގައެވެ. ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ މައިންބަފައިންނާއި، ތިޔަބައިމީހުންގެ ދަރިންކުރެ މަންފާކުރުމުގެ ގޮތުން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނާ ގާތްކަންބޮޑީ ކޮންބަޔެއްކަން ތިޔަބައިމީހުންނަކަށް ނޭނގެއެވެ. (بيان ވެ ދިޔަގޮތަށް މުދާ ބެހުންއޮތީ) اللَّه ގެ حضرة ން ކަނޑައަޅުއްވައި އަންގަވާފައިވާ فرض އެއްގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ. ހަމަކަށަވަރުން، اللَّه އީ، މޮޅަށް ދެނެވޮޑިގެންވާ حكيم ވަންތަ ރަސްކަލާނގެއެވެ.
