artikel 5. salaris en vakantietoeslag 1. het bruto salaris bedraagt bij het aangaan van deze arbeidsovereenkomst € [bedrag per maand/jaar/4 weken (inclusief/exclusief vakantietoeslag)], uitgaande van een 40- [of 38- of 36-] urige werkweek. het maandsalaris wordt uiterlijk op [datum] bij achterafbetaling uitbetaald, onder aftrek van de wettelijk verplichte alsmede overeengekomen inhoudingen, op het door werknemer opgegeven iban-nummer. 2. [optioneel] door werkgever vastgestelde en schriftelijk medegedeelde salarisverhogingen worden als regel van kracht per [datum] van het kalenderjaar volgend op dat waarin de verhoging is vastgesteld. 3. [optioneel] in het in deze arbeidsovereenkomst genoemde salaris zijn niet begrepen eventuele toeslagen, voor werkzaamheden in de buitendienst of ploegendienst en uren op zaterdagen, zon- en feestdagen. 4. werknemer heeft recht op 8% vakantietoeslag. de vakantietoeslag wordt berekend over het bruto salaris over de periode [1 juni tot en met 31 mei of 1 januari tot en met 31 december], exclusief toeslagen en eventuele gratificatie en/of bonussen. bij tussentijdse indiensttreding of tussentijdse beëindiging van de arbeidsovereenkomst, wordt de vakantietoeslag tijdsevenredig berekend. 5. de vakantietoeslag wordt jaarlijks bij achterafbetaling over het vakantietoeslagjaar in de maand mei uitbetaald. bij tussentijdse uitdiensttreding wordt de vakantietoeslag gelijktijdig met het laatste salaris verrekend. 5. uitbetaling van de vakantietoeslag vindt plaats aan het einde van de kalendermaand [maand] tegelijk met salaris over de maand [maand] of zoveel eerder bij tussentijdse beëindiging van de arbeidsovereenkomst op het iban-nummer van werknemer.
article 5. salary and holiday allowance 1. when entering into this employment contract the gross salary amounts to €[amount per month/year/4 weeks (including/excluding holiday allowance)], assuming a 40-[or 38- or 36-]hour workweek. the monthly salary is paid out by [date] in arrears, with deduction of the statutory and agreed deductions, to the iban number specified by the employee. 2. [optional] the salary mentioned in this employment contract does not include any allowances, for work in the field or shift work and hours on saturdays, sundays and public holidays. 4. the employee is entitled to an 8% holiday allowance. the holiday allowance is calculated over the gross salary for the period [1 june to 31 may or 1 january to 31 december], exclusive of allowances and any long-service and/or other bonuses. the holiday allowance is calculated on a time-proportionate basis in the event of commencing employment during the year or premature termination of the employment contract. 5. the holiday allowance is paid out annually in arrears over the holiday allowance year in the month of may. in the event of early retirement, the holiday allowance will be settled simultaneously with the last salary. 5. the holiday allowance will be paid to the employee’s iban number at the end of the calendar month [month] at the same time as the salary for the month [month] or any earlier in the event of premature termination of the employment contract.
