overwegende dat op grond van het meest recente wetenschappelijke en technische onderzoek het gebruik van 3-jood-2-propynylbutylcarbamaat en natriumhydroxymethylaminoacetaat als conserveermiddel in kosmetische produkten op bepaalde voorwaarden en met zekere beperkingen tot 30 juni 1993 kan worden toegelaten;
whereas, on the basis of the latest scientific and technical research, 3-iodo-2-propynylbutyl carbamate and sodium hydroxymethylaminoacetate may be used as preservatives in cosmetic products up to 30 june 1993 subject to certain restrictions and conditions;
