you are called to spend in the way of god, yet some among you close their fists.

sun riƙi rantsuwõwinsu garkuwa, sabõda haka suka kange (mũminai) daga jihãdin ɗaukaka tafarkin allah.
they have made their oaths a shield, and obstruct people from the way of god.

waɗanda suka kãfirta kuma suka kange mutãne daga tafarkin allah, (allah) ya ɓatar da ayyukansu.
(as for) those who disbelieve and turn away from allah's way, he shall render their works ineffective.

ga ku, ya ku waɗannan! anã kiran ku dõmin ku ciyar ga tafarkin allah, sa'an nan daga cikinku akwai mai yin rõwa.
behold! ye are those who are called to expend in the way of allah, then there are of you some who are niggardly.

sun riƙi rantsuwõwinsu garkuwa, sabõda haka suka kange (mũminai) daga jihãdin ɗaukaka tafarkin allah. to, sunã da azãba mai wulãkantãwa.
they have made their oaths a screen (for their evil actions). thus they hinder (men) from the path of allah, so they shall have a humiliating torment.

mũminan gaskiya kawai, sũ ne waɗanda suka yi ĩmãni da allah da manzonsa, sa'an nan ba su yi shakka ba, kuma suka yi jihãdi da dũkiyarsu da kuma rãyukansu, cikin tafarkin allah.
only those are the believers who have believed in allah and his messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the cause of allah.
