دعوى شخصية: مقامة على شخص معين دون غيره، تستند إلى حق شخصي. تقابلها الدعوى العينية in rem التي تقام في مواجهة الكافة أو من يهمه الأمر للمطالبة بحق انتفاع أو ارتفاق أو ما إلى ذلك (راجع in rem).
