koska sille, että maahantuojan edustajalleen maksamaa ostoprovisiota ei lueta maahan tuotujen tavaroiden tullausarvoon, on asetettu asetuksen n:o 1495/80 3 artiklan 1 kohdassa sama "erottamista" koskeva edellytys kuin rahoitussopimuksen nojalla maksettavien korkojen osalta, ei ole mitään syytä päätyä esillä olevassa asiassa erilaiseen ratkaisuun kuin se, johon päädyttiin asiassa c-299/90, hepp, 25.7.1991 annetussa tuomiossa. näin ollen kun ostajan on maksettava erillisen laskun perusteella korkoa korvauksena sille tiettyjen maahan tuotujen tavaroiden maksun osalta annetusta maksuajasta mutta ostaja mainitsee tullausarvoilmoituksessa ainoastaan kyseisten tavaroiden nettohinnan, ainoastaan tuo nettohinta on otettava huomioon vahvistettaessa näiden tavaroiden tullausarvoa.
