11 - express cancellation clause: digitel mobile srl may cancel these general conditions of service and each service order, pursuant to and in accordance with section 1456 italian civil code if the customer fails to comply with the provisions of articles 4, 5, and 7 of these general conditions of service, without prejudice to the right of digitel mobile srl to payment of the consideration accrued in its favor at the date of cancellation and indemnification of damages.
