Եւ տաճար մտնելով՝ սկսեց դուրս հանել աղաւնեվաճառներին ու գնողներին եւ լումայափոխների սեղանները ցրեց

who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.
եւ գտնելով մի թանկարժէք մարգարիտ՝ գնաց վաճառեց իր ամբողջ ունեցածը եւ այդ մարգարիտը գնեց:

and all the men of his house, born in the house, and bought with money of the stranger, were circumcised with him.
Նա թլփատեց իր տան բոլոր տղամարդկանց՝ ընդոծիններ լինեն նրանք թէ արծաթով գնուած օտարածին ստրուկներ:

Եւ Յիսուս մտաւ տաճար ու դուրս հանեց բոլոր նրանց, որ տաճարի մէջ վաճառում ու գնումներ էին անում. նա շուռ տուեց լումայափոխների սեղաններն ու աղաւնեվաճառների աթոռները:

and when the sabbath was past, mary magdalene, and mary the mother of james, and salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
Եւ երբ շաբաթն անցաւ, Մարիամ Մագդաղենացին, Յակոբոսի մայր Մարիամը եւ Սաղոմէն գնացին խնկի պատրաստութիւն տեսան, որպէսզի գան եւ օծեն նրա մարմինը:

Եւ Յովսէփը կտաւ գնեց ու նրան իջեցնելով՝ պատեց այդ կտաւով ու դրեց մի գերեզմանի մէջ, որ փորուած էր ժայռի մէջ: Եւ մի քար գլորեց գերեզմանի դռան առաջ:

Նա Սիւքեմի հայր Եմորից հարիւր ոչխարով մի կալուածք գնեց, ուր եւ խփեց իր վրանը:

Եւ Յովսէփը գնեց ողջ Եգիպտացիների երկիրը փարաւոնի համար, որովհետեւ եգիպտացիներն իրենց հողերը վաճառեցին փարաւոնին, քանի որ սովը սաստիկ սպառնում էր նրանց կեանքին: Այսպիսով երկիրը դարձաւ փարաւոնի սեփականութիւն,

Աբրահամը իր որդի Իսմայէլի, իր բոլոր ընդոծինների, արծաթով գնուած իր բոլոր ստրուկների եւ Աբրահամի տանն եղած բոլոր արու մարդկանց թլիփը նոյն օրն իսկ թլփատեց, ինչպէս ասել էր նրան Աստուած:
