i have made a covenant with my chosen, i have sworn unto david my servant,
ကိုယ်တော်မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊ သင်၏အမျိုး အနွယ်ကို အစဉ်မပြတ် ငါမြဲမြံစေမည်။

and therefore i have sworn unto the house of eli, that the iniquity of eli's house shall not be purged with sacrifice nor offering for ever.
ထိုကြောင့် ဧလိ၏အိမ်သားတို့ အပြစ်သည် ယဇ်နှင့်ပူဇော်သက္ကာအားဖြင့် မဖြေ၊ အစဉ်အမြဲ တည်ရ မည်အကြောင်း သူတို့အား ငါ ကျိန်ဆိုပြီဟု မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

and if the lord thy god enlarge thy coast, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, and give thee all the land which he promised to give unto thy fathers;
ယနေ့ ငါမှာထားသမျှသော ဤပညတ်တော် တို့ကို ကျင့်စောင့်၍၊ သင်၏ဘုရားသခင် ထာဝရဘုရား ကို ချစ်သောစိတ်နှင့် အစဉ်အမြဲ လမ်းတော်သို့လိုက်လျှင် ၎င်း၊

howbeit we may not give them wives of our daughters: for the children of israel have sworn, saying, cursed be he that giveth a wife to benjamin.
သို့သော်လည်း အကြင်သူသည် ဗင်္ယာမိန်လူ၌ သမီးကို ပေးစား၏။ ထိုသူသည် ကျိန်အပ်သောသူ ဖြစ်စေဟု ဣသရေလလူတို့သည် ကျိန်ဆိုခြင်းကို ပြုသောကြောင့် ငါတို့သည် ကိုယ်သမီးတို့ကို မပေး စားရဟူ၍၎င်း၊

and gavest them bread from heaven for their hunger, and broughtest forth water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and promisedst them that they should go in to possess the land which thou hadst sworn to give them.
သူတို့မွတ်သိပ်ခြင်းနှင့် ရေငတ်ခြင်းကို ပြေစေ ခြင်းငှါ၊ မိုဃ်းကောင်းကင်မုန့်နှင့် ကျောက်ထဲကထုတ်သော ရေကို ပေးတော်မူ၏။ သူတို့ပိုင်ဘို့ကျိန်ဆိုတော်မူသော ပြည်ထဲသို့ဝင်၍ သိမ်းယူမည်အကြောင်း မိန့်တော်မူ၏။

the lord of hosts hath sworn, saying, surely as i have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as i have purposed, so shall it stand:
ကောင်းကင်ဗိုလ်ခြေအရှင် ထာဝရဘုရားသည် ကျိန်ဆို၍ မိန့်တော်မူသည်ကား၊

for this is as the waters of noah unto me: for as i have sworn that the waters of noah should no more go over the earth; so have i sworn that i would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee.
နောဧလက်ထက်၌ လွှမ်းမိုးသောရေကို ငါသည် မှတ်၍၊ ထိုရေသည် မြေကြီးကို နောက်တဖန်မလွှမ်းမိုးရ ဟု ကျိန်ဆိုခြင်းကို ပြုသည်နည်းတူ၊ သင့်ကို အမျက် မထွက်၊ မဆုံးမဟု ကျိန်ဆိုခြင်းကို ပြုပြီ။

and moses took the bones of joseph with him: for he had straitly sworn the children of israel, saying, god will surely visit you; and ye shall carry up my bones away hence with you.
အထက်ကာလ၌ ယောသပ်က၊ အကယ်စင်စစ် ဘုရားသခင်သည် သင်တို့ကို အကြည့်အရှု ကြွလာ တော်မူမည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်အရိုးတို့ကို ဤအရပ်မှ ယူသွားရမည်ဟူ၍ ဣသရေလအမျိုးသားတို့ကို ကျပ်ကျပ် ကျိန်ဆိုစေသောကြောင့်၊ သူ၏အရိုးတို့ကို မောရှေသည် မိမိ၌ ယူဆောင်လေ၏။

and all judah rejoiced at the oath: for they had sworn with all their heart, and sought him with their whole desire; and he was found of them: and the lord gave them rest round about.
