በሌሊቱም ( ጨለማውን ) በጠነሰሰ ጊዜ ፤

by the night as it approaches ,
በሌሊቱም ( ጨለማውን ) በጠነሰሰ ጊዜ ፤

when death approaches one of the unbelievers , he says , " lord , send me back again
አንዳቸውንም ሞት በመጣበት ጊዜ እንዲህ ይላል « ጌታዬ ሆይ ! ( ወደ ምድረ ዓለም ) መልሱኝ ፡ ፡

there will be no relief for them when the torment approaches the unjust nor will they be given any respite .
እነዚያም የበደሉት ቅጣቱን ባዩ ጊዜ ከእነሱ ( ቅጣቱ ) አይቀለልላቸውም ፡ ፡ እነሱም ጊዜ አይስሰጡም ፡ ፡

follow the best of what is revealed to you from your lord before the torment suddenly approaches you and you will not realize how it came about .
« እናንተ የማታውቁ ስትኾኑም ቅጣቱ በድንገት ሳይመጣባችሁ በፊት ከጌታችሁ ወደናንተ የተወረደውን መልካሙን ( መጽሐፍ ) ተከተሉ ፡ ፡ »

have they not considered the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and everything that god has created ? perhaps death approaches them .
በሰማያትና በምድር ግዛት ውስጥ ከማንኛው ነገር አላህ በፈጠረውም ሁሉ የሞት ጊዜያቸውም በእርግጥ መቅረቡ የሚፈራ መኾኑን አያስተውሉምን ከእርሱም ( ከቁርኣን ) ወዲያ በየትኛው ንግግር ያምናሉ ፡ ፡

and he alone holds sway over his servants and sets guardians over you till death approaches any of you and our deputed angels take his soul , neglecting no part of their task .
እርሱም ከባሮቹ በላይ ሲኾን ሁሉን አሸነፊ ነው ፡ ፡ በናንተም ላይ ጠባቂዎችን ( መላእክት ) ይልካል ፡ ፡ አንዳችሁንም ሞት በመጣበት ጊዜ ( የሞት ) መልእክተኞቻችን እነርሱ ( ትእዛዛትን ) የማያጓድሉ ሲኾኑ ይገድሉታል ፡ ፡

he is dominant over all his creatures and he sends guards to watch over you until death approaches you . then his angelic messengers will , without fail , take away your souls .
እርሱም ከባሮቹ በላይ ሲኾን ሁሉን አሸነፊ ነው ፡ ፡ በናንተም ላይ ጠባቂዎችን ( መላእክት ) ይልካል ፡ ፡ አንዳችሁንም ሞት በመጣበት ጊዜ ( የሞት ) መልእክተኞቻችን እነርሱ ( ትእዛዛትን ) የማያጓድሉ ሲኾኑ ይገድሉታል ፡ ፡

on the day when the terrible torment approaches , they will be told ( in a mocking way ) to prostrate themselves , but they will not be able to do it .
ባት የሚገለጥበትን ( ከሓዲዎች ) ወደ መስገድም የሚጥጠሩበትንና የማይችሉበት ቀን ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

it has been prescribed for you that when death approaches one of you and he is leaving some property behind him , he should bequeath it equitably for his parents and relatives : it is an obligation on those who fear aiiah .
አንዳችሁን ሞት በመጣበት ጊዜ ሀብትን ቢተው ለወላጆችና ለቅርብ ዘመዶች በበጎ መናዘዝ በናንተ ላይ ተጻፈ ፡ ፡ ( ይህ ) በጥንቁቆቹ ላይ እርግጠኛ ድንጋጌ ተደነገገ ፡ ፡

prescribed for you , when death approaches any of you and he leaves behind any property , is that he make a bequest for his parents and relatives , in an honourable manner — an obligation on the godwary .
አንዳችሁን ሞት በመጣበት ጊዜ ሀብትን ቢተው ለወላጆችና ለቅርብ ዘመዶች በበጎ መናዘዝ በናንተ ላይ ተጻፈ ፡ ፡ ( ይህ ) በጥንቁቆቹ ላይ እርግጠኛ ድንጋጌ ተደነገገ ፡ ፡

and when fear approaches , you see them staring at you — their eyes rolling — like someone fainting at death . then , when panic is over , they whip you with sharp tongues .
በእናንተ ላይ ( እርዳታን ) የነፈጉ ሆነው እንጅ ( የማይመጡትን ) ፣ ሽብሩም በመጣ ጊዜ እንደዚያ ከሞት ( መከራ ) በርሱ ላይ የሚሸፍን ዐደጋ እንደወደቀበት ዓይኖቻቸው ወዲያና ወዲህ የምትዞር ኾና ወዳንተ ሲመለከቱ ታያቸዋለህ ፡ ፡ ሽብሩም በኼደ ጊዜ በገንዘብ ላይ የሚሳሱ ኾነው በተቡ ምላሶች ይነድፏችኋል ፡ ፡ እነዚያ አላመኑም ፡ ፡ ስለዚህ አላህ ሥራዎቻቸውን አበላሸ ፡ ፡ ይህም በአላህ ላይ ገርነው ፡ ፡

and establish regular prayers at the two ends of the day and at the approaches of the night : for those things , that are good remove those that are evil : be that the word of remembrance to those who remember ( their lord ) :
ሶላትንም በቀን ጫፎች ከሌሊትም ክፍሎች ፈጽም ፡ ፡ መልካም ሥራዎች ኀጢአቶችን ያስወገድዳሉና ፡ ፡ ይህ ለተገሳጮች ግሳጼ ነው ፡ ፡
