so do her no harm , or the punishment of an awful day will befall you . "
« በክፉም አትንኳት ፡ ፡ የታላቅ ቀን ቅጣት ይይዛችኋልና ፡ ፡ »

they said : no harm ; surely to our lord we go back ;
( እነርሱም ) አሉ « ጉዳት የለብንም ፡ ፡ እኛ ወደ ጌታችን ተመላሾች ነን ፡ ፡

but paul cried with a loud voice, saying, do thyself no harm: for we are all here.
ጳውሎስ ግን በታላቅ ድምፅ። ሁላችን ከዚህ አለንና በራስህ ክፉ ነገር አታድርግ ብሎ ጮኸ።

they said , " no harm . indeed , to our lord we will return .
( እነርሱም ) አሉ « ጉዳት የለብንም ፡ ፡ እኛ ወደ ጌታችን ተመላሾች ነን ፡ ፡

they said , " there is no harm . to our lord we shall return .
( እነርሱም ) አሉ « ጉዳት የለብንም ፡ ፡ እኛ ወደ ጌታችን ተመላሾች ነን ፡ ፡

they said , ' there is no harm ; surely unto our lord we are turning .
( እነርሱም ) አሉ « ጉዳት የለብንም ፡ ፡ እኛ ወደ ጌታችን ተመላሾች ነን ፡ ፡

they said , “ no harm ( in it ) , we will return to our lord . ”
( እነርሱም ) አሉ « ጉዳት የለብንም ፡ ፡ እኛ ወደ ጌታችን ተመላሾች ነን ፡ ፡

surely those who have bought unbelief at the price of faith shall do no harm at all to allah , and they shall have a painful chastisement .
እነዚያ ክህደትን በእምነት የለወጡ አላህን በምንም ነገር ፈጽሞ አይጎዱትም ፡ ፡ ለእነሱም አሳማሚ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

but he who does good works , being a believer , shall fear no harm nor any injustice . "
እርሱ አማኝ ኾኖ ከመልካም ሥራዎችም የሠራ ሰው በደልንም መጉደልንም አይፈራም ፡ ፡

' there is no harm ' they replied , ' for surely to our lord we are turning .
( እነርሱም ) አሉ « ጉዳት የለብንም ፡ ፡ እኛ ወደ ጌታችን ተመላሾች ነን ፡ ፡

so leave her alone to graze on god 's earth . and do her no harm , lest you should be instantly afflicted with a torment . "
ሕዝቦቼም ሆይ ! ይህቺ ለእናንተ ተዓምር ስትሆን የአላህ ግመል ናት ፡ ፡ ተውዋትም ፡ ፡ በአላህ ምድር ውስጥ ትብላ ፡ ፡ በክፉም አትንኳት ፡ ፡ ቅርብ የሆነ ቅጣት ይይዛችኋልና » ( አላቸው ) ፡ ፡

and god will save those who maintained righteousness to their place of salvation . no harm will touch them , nor will they grieve .
እነዚያንም የተጠነቀቁትን በማግኛቸው ስፍራ ኾነው አላህ ያድናቸዋል ፡ ፡ ክፉ ነገር አይነካቸውም ፡ ፡ እነርሱም አያዝኑም ፡ ፡

and do not be grieved by those who rush into disbelief . they do no harm to god ; and god will not give them any share in the life to come , and their torment shall be great .
እነዚያም በክህደት የሚቻኮሉት አያሳዝኑህ ፡ ፡ ከነርሱ ፈጽሞ አላህን በምንም አይጎዱምና ፡ ፡ አላህ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም ለእነሱ ዕድልን ላያደርግ ይሻል ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

if you do not go forth , he will chastise you with a painful chastisement and bring in your place a people other than you , and you will do him no harm ; and allah has power over all things .
ለዘመቻ ባትወጡ ( አላህ ) አሳማሚን ቅጣት ይቀጣችኋል ፡ ፡ ከእናንተ ሌላ የኾኑንም ሕዝቦች ይለውጣል ፡ ፡ በምንም አትጎዱትምም ፡ ፡ አላህም በነገሩ ሁሉ ላይ ቻይ ነው ፡ ፡

so they returned with grace and favour from allah , and no harm touched them . they followed the good pleasure of allah , and allah is of infinite bounty .
ከአላህም በኾነ ጸጋና ችሮታ ክፉ ነገር ያልነካቸው ኾነው ተመለሱ ፡ ፡ የአላህንም ውዴታ ተከተሉ ፤ አላህም የታላቅ ችሮታ ባለቤት ነው ፡ ፡

but as for the god-fearing , allah will deliver them on account of their achievements : no harm shall visit them nor shall they grieve .
እነዚያንም የተጠነቀቁትን በማግኛቸው ስፍራ ኾነው አላህ ያድናቸዋል ፡ ፡ ክፉ ነገር አይነካቸውም ፡ ፡ እነርሱም አያዝኑም ፡ ፡

and let not those grieve you who fall into unbelief hastily ; surely they can do no harm to allah at all ; allah intends that he should not give them any portion in the hereafter , and they shall have a grievous chastisement .
እነዚያም በክህደት የሚቻኮሉት አያሳዝኑህ ፡ ፡ ከነርሱ ፈጽሞ አላህን በምንም አይጎዱምና ፡ ፡ አላህ በመጨረሻይቱ ዓለም ለእነሱ ዕድልን ላያደርግ ይሻል ፡ ፡ ለእነርሱም ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

each group knew its own place for water . so eat and drink of the sustenance provided by allah , and do no evil nor mischief on the ( face of the ) earth .
ሙሳም ለሕዝቦቹ መጠጥን በፈለገ ጊዜ ( የኾነውን አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡ « ድንጋዩንም በበትርህ ምታ » አልነው ፡ ፡ ( መታውም ) ከርሱም ዐሥራሁለት ምንጮች ፈለቁ ፡ ፡ ሰዎቹ ሁሉ መጠጫቸውን በእርግጥ ዐወቁ ፡ ፡ « ከአላህ ሲሳይ ብሉ ፤ ጠጡም ፤ አመጠኞችም ኾናችሁ በምድር ላይ አታበላሹ » ( አልናቸው ) ፡ ፡

and they returned with grace and bounty from allah : no harm ever touched them : for they followed the good pleasure of allah : and allah is the lord of bounties unbounded .
ከአላህም በኾነ ጸጋና ችሮታ ክፉ ነገር ያልነካቸው ኾነው ተመለሱ ፡ ፡ የአላህንም ውዴታ ተከተሉ ፤ አላህም የታላቅ ችሮታ ባለቤት ነው ፡ ፡

if i had knowledge of the unseen , i would have availed myself of an abundance of good , and no harm would have touched me . i am but a warner and a bearer of good tidings for those who will believe . "
« አላህ የሻውን በስተቀር ለእራሴ ጥቅምንም ጉዳትንም ማምጣት አልችልም ፡ ፡ ሩቅንም ( ምስጢር ) የማውቅ በነበርኩ ኖሮ ከመልካም ነገር ባበዛሁና ክፉም ነገር ባልነካኝ ነበር ፡ ፡ እኔ ለሚያምኑ ሕዝቦች አስፈራሪና አብሳሪ እንጂ ሌላ አይደለሁም » በላቸው ፡ ፡
