እነዚያንም የበደሉትን ጩኸት ያዛቸው ፡ ፡ በቤቶቻቸውም ውስጥ የተንበረከኩ ሆነው ሞተው አነጉ ፡ ፡

then is one who walks fallen on his face better guided or one who walks erect on a straight path ?
በፊቱ ላይ ተደፍቶ የሚኼድ ሰው ይበልጥ የቀና ነውን ? ወይስ በቀጥተኛ መንገድ ላይ ተስተካክሎ የሚኼድ ?

so the earthquake seized them , and they became within their home [ corpses ] fallen prone .
ወዲያውም የምድር መንቀጥቀጥ ( ጩኸትም ) ያዘቻቸው ፡ ፡ በቤቶቻቸውም ውስጥ ተንከፍርረው አነጉ ፡ ፡

but the parties have fallen into variance among themselves , then woe to those who disbelieve for the scene of a dreadful day .
ከመካከላቸውም አሕዛቦቹ በእርሱ ነገር ተለያዩ ፡ ፡ ለእነዚያም ለካዱት ሰዎች ከታላቁ ቀን መጋፈጥ ወዮላቸው ፡ ፡

allah has sealed up their hearts and ears and a covering has fallen over their eyes , and they have incurred the severest punishment .
አላህ በልቦቻቸው ላይ በመስሚያቸውም ላይ አትሞባቸዋል ፤ በዓይኖቻቸውም ላይ መሸፈኛ አልለ ፤ ለነሱም ታላቅ ቅጣት አላቸው ፡ ፡

and the shriek seized those who had wronged , and they became within their homes [ corpses ] fallen prone
እነዚያንም የበደሉትን ጩኸት ያዛቸው ፡ ፡ በቤቶቻቸውም ውስጥ የተንበረከኩ ሆነው ሞተው አነጉ ፡ ፡

but they belied him , so the earthquake seized them , and when morning came , they were found fallen crouched in their dwellings , dead .
አስተባባሉትም ፡ ፡ የምድር መንቀጥቀጥ ያዘቻቸው ፡ ፡ በሃገራቸውም ውስጥ ተንከፍርረው አነጉ ፡ ፡

eat of the good things we have provided for you , but do not be excessive therein , lest my wrath descends upon you . he upon whom my wrath descends has fallen .
ከሰጠናችሁ ሲሳይ ፤ ከመልካሙ ብሉ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ወሰንን አትለፉ ፡ ፡ ቁጣዬ በእናንተ ላይ ይወርድባችኋልና ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ላይ ቁጣዬ የሚወርድበት ሰው በእርግጥ ይጠፋል ፡ ፡

' eat of the good things with which we have provided you and do not transgress therein lest my anger should fall upon you , and upon whosoever my anger falls has assuredly fallen ,
ከሰጠናችሁ ሲሳይ ፤ ከመልካሙ ብሉ ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ወሰንን አትለፉ ፡ ፡ ቁጣዬ በእናንተ ላይ ይወርድባችኋልና ፡ ፡ በእርሱም ላይ ቁጣዬ የሚወርድበት ሰው በእርግጥ ይጠፋል ፡ ፡

and when he would have fallen upon the man who was an enemy unto them both , he said : o moses ! wouldst thou kill me as thou didst kill a person yesterday .
( ሙሳ ) ያንን እርሱ ለሁለቱም ጠላት የሆነውን ሰው በኃይል ሊይዘው በፈለገም ጊዜ « ሙሳ ሆይ ! በትላንትናው ቀን ነፍስን እንደ ገደልክ ልትገድለኝ ትፈልጋለህን በምድር ለይ ጨካኝ መሆንን እንጅ ሌላ አትፈልግም ፡ ፡ ከመልካም ሠሪዎችም መሆንን አትፈልግም » አለው ፡ ፡

and when they have fallen on their flanks , eat from them , and feed the self-contained needy and the mendicant . thus have we disposed them for your benefit so that you may give thanks .
ግመሎችንም ለእናንተ ከአላህ ሃይማኖት ምልክቶች አደረግናቸው ፡ ፡ በእርሷ ለእናንተ መልካም ጥቅም አላችሁ ፡ ፡ በእርሷም ላይ ( ስታርዷት ) በሶስት እግሮችዋ ቆማ የተሰለፈች ሆና የአላህን ስም አውሱ ፡ ፡ ጎኖቻቸውም በወደቁ ጊዜ ከእርሷ ብሉ ፡ ፡ ለማኝንም ለልመና የሚያገዳድምንም አብሉ ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ ታመሰግኑ ዘንድ ለእናንተ ገራናት ፡ ፡

on that day you shall see every people fallen on their knees . every people will be summoned to come forth and see its record and will be told : “ today you shall be requited for your deeds .
ሕዝብንም ሁሉ ተንበርካኪ ኾና ታያታለህ ፡ ፡ ሕዝብ ሁሉ ወደ መጽሐፏ ትጥጠራለች ፡ ፡ « ዛሬ ትሠሩት የነበራችሁትን ነገር ትመነዳላችሁ » ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡

and of them there is he who saith : give me leave , and tempt me not . lo ! into temptation they are already fallen , and verily the hell is the encompasser of the infidels .
ከነሱም ውስጥ « ለእኔ ፍቀድልኝ አትሞክረኝም » የሚል ሰው አልለ ፡ ፡ ንቁ ! በመከራ ውስጥ ወደቁ ፡ ፡ ገሀነምም ከሓዲዎችን በእርግጥ ከባቢ ናት ፡ ፡

( hud ) said : " torment and wrath have already fallen on you from your lord . dispute you with me over names which you have named - you and your fathers , with no authority from allah ?
« ከጌታችሁ የኾነ ቅጣትና ቁጣ በእናንተ ላይ በእውነት ተረጋገጠ ፡ ፡ እናንተና አባቶቻችሁም ( አማልክት ብላችሁ ) በጠራችኋቸው ስሞች አላህ በእርሷ ምንም ማስረጃ ያላወረደባት ስትኾን ትከራከሩኛላችሁን ተጠባባቁም እኔ ከእናንተ ጋር ከተጠባባቂዎቹ ነኝና » አለ ፡ ፡
