when the youth sought refuge in the cave they prayed " lord , grant us mercy and help us to get out of this trouble in a righteous way " .
ጎበዞቹ ወደ ዋሻው በተጠጉና « ጌታችን ሆይ ! ከአንተ ዘንድ እዝነትን ስጠን ፤ ለእኛም ከነገራችን ቅንን አዘጋጅልን » ባሉ ጊዜ ( አስታውስ ) ፡ ፡

the lord ordered satan to get out ( of paradise ) saying , " this is no place for you to be proud . get out of this place , for you are worthless " .
ከእርሷ ውረድ ፤ በእርሷ ውስጥ ልትኮራ አይገባህምና ፡ ፡ ውጣም አንተ ከወራዶቹ ነህና አለው ፡ ፡

and free those slaves you possess who wish to buy their freedom after a written undertaking , if you know they have some goodness , and give them out of the riches god has given you . do not force your maids to prostitution if they wish to lead married lives , in order to get the benefits of this world .
እነዚያም የማግቢያን ጣጣ የማያገኙ አላህ ከችሮታው እስከሚያከብራቸው ድረስ ይጠበቁ ፡ ፡ እነዚያንም እጆቻችሁ ከጨበጧቸው አገልጋዮች ( ገንዘብ ሰጥተው ነጻ ለመውጣት ) መጻጻፍን የሚፈልጉትን ከእነሱ መልካምን ነገር ብታውቁ ተጻጻፉዋቸው ፡ ፡ ከአላህም ገንዘብ ከዚያ ከሰጣችሁ ስጧቸው ፡ ፡ ሴቶች ባሮቻችሁንም መጥጠበቅን ቢፈልጉ የቅርቢቱን ሕይወት ጥቅም ለመፈለግ ብላችሁ በዝሙት ላይ አታስገድዱዋቸው ፡ ፡ የሚያስገድዳቸውም ሰው አላህ ከመገደዳቸው በኋላ ( ለተገደዱት ) መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡

and he said to the one whom he knew to be saved : " mention me to your lord ( i.e. your king , so as to get me out of the prison ) . " but shaitan ( satan ) made him forget to mention it to his lord [ or satan made [ ( yusuf ( joseph ) ] to forget the remembrance of his lord ( allah ) as to ask for his help , instead of others ] .
ለዚያም ከሁለቱ እርሱ የሚድን መሆኑን ለተጠራጠረው እጌታህ ዘንድ አስታውሰኝ አለው ፡ ፡ ጌታውንም ከማስታወስ ሰይጣን አስረሳው ፡ ፡ ለጥቂት ዓመታትም በወህኒ ቤቱ ውስጥ ቆየ ፡ ፡
