« እነዚህ ጥቂቶች ጭፈሮች ናቸው ፡ ፡

and this is the favor with which you oblige me : you have made the israelites your slaves .
« ይህችም የእስራኤልን ልጆች ባሪያ በማድረግህ በእኔ ላይ የምትመጻደቅባት ጸጋ ነት ፡ ፡ »

jesus was a servant of ours to whom we had granted favors and whom we made as an example for the israelites .

we appointed some of the israelites as leaders for their exercising patience to guide the others to our commands . they had firm belief in our revelations .
በታገሱና በተዓምራቶቻችን የሚያረጋግጡ በሆኑም ጊዜ ከእነርሱ በትዕዛዛችን የሚመሩ መሪዎች አደረግን ፡ ፡

then , when you [ israelites ] killed someone and started to blame one another , god brought to light what you concealed ,
ነፍስነም በገደላችሁና በርሷም ( ገዳይ ) በተከራከራችሁ ጊዜ ( አስታውሱ ) ፡ ፡ አላህም ትደብቁት የነበራችሁትን ሁሉ ገላጭ ነው ፡ ፡

ask the israelites ; moses came to them . the pharaoh said to him , " moses , i believe that you are bewitched " .
ለሙሳም ግልጽ የኾኑን ዘጠኝ ተዓምራቶች በእርግጥ ሰጠነው ፡ ፡ በመጣቸውም ጊዜ የእስራኤልን ልጆች ( ከፈርዖን እንዲለቀቁ ) ጠይቅ ( አልነው ) ፡ ፡ ፈርዖንም « ሙሳ ሆይ ! እኔ የተደገመብህ መኾንህን በእርግጥ እጠረጥራለሁ » አለው ፡ ፡

and we said to the israelites after him : dwell in the land : and when the promise of the next life shall come to pass , we will bring you both together in judgment .
ከእርሱም በኋላ ለእሰራኤል ልጆች « ምድሪቱን ተቀመጡባት የኋለኛይቱም ( ሰዓት ) ቀጠሮ በመጣ ጊዜ እናንተን የተከማቻችሁ ስትኾኑ እናመጣችኋለን » አልናቸው ፡ ፡

thereafter , we said to the israelites , " dwell in the land . when the promise of the hereafter comes to be fulfilled , we shall assemble you all together . "
ከእርሱም በኋላ ለእሰራኤል ልጆች « ምድሪቱን ተቀመጡባት የኋለኛይቱም ( ሰዓት ) ቀጠሮ በመጣ ጊዜ እናንተን የተከማቻችሁ ስትኾኑ እናመጣችኋለን » አልናቸው ፡ ፡

ask the israelites how many a clear sign have we given them ; and whoever changes the favor of allah after it has come to him , then surely allah is severe in requiting ( evil ) .
የእስራኤልን ልጆች ከግልጽ ተዓምር ስንትን እደሰጠናቸው ጠይቃቸው ፡ ፡ የአላህንም ጸጋ ከመጣችለት በኋላ የሚለውጥ ሰው አላህ ቅጣተ ብርቱ ነው ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , consider , when your lord declared to the ( israelites ) his decision to raise a people above them who would make them suffer the worst kinds of torments until the day of judgment . certainly your lord 's retribution is swift .
ጌታህም እስከ ትንሣኤ ቀን ክፉ ቅጣትን የሚያቀምሳቸውን ሰው በነሱ ላይ በእርግጥ የሚልክ መኾኑን ባስታወቀ ጊዜ ( አስታውሳቸው ) ፡ ፡ ጌታህ በእርግጥ ቅጣተ ፈጣን ነው ፡ ፡ እርሱም በእርግጥ እጅግ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡
