brethren, pray for us.
ወንድሞች ሆይ፥ ስለ እኛ ጸልዩ።

it is for us to collect it and to promulgate it :
( በልብህ ውስጥ ) መሰብሰቡና ማንበቡ በእኛ ላይ ነውና ፡ ፡

now we have none to intercede for us ,
ከአማላጆችም ለእኛ ምንም የለንም ፡ ፡

it is indeed for us to show the way ,
ቅኑን መንገድ መግለጽ በእኛ ላይ አለብን ፡ ፡

nay more , it is for us to explain it ( and make it clear ) :
ከዚያም ማብራራቱ በእኛ ላይ ነው ፡ ፡

surely , it is for us to provide guidance --
ቅኑን መንገድ መግለጽ በእኛ ላይ አለብን ፡ ፡

and then it is for us to call them to account .
ከዚያም ምርመራቸው በእኛ ላይ ብቻ ነው ፡ ፡

and then , it will be for us to make its meaning clear .
ከዚያም ማብራራቱ በእኛ ላይ ነው ፡ ፡

" there is no dying for us but once ; and we shall not be raised again .
እርሷ የፊተኛይቱ ሞታችን እንጅ አይደለችም ፡ ፡ እኛም የምንቀሰቀስ አይደለንም ፡ ፡

and it is only for us to deliver a clear message '
« በእኛ ላይም ግልጽ የኾነ ማድረስ እንጂ ሌላ የለብንም ፡ ፡ »

" ' now , then , we have none to intercede ( for us ) ,
ከአማላጆችም ለእኛ ምንም የለንም ፡ ፡

had there been another turn for us , we would be among the faithful . ’
ለእኛም አንዲት ጊዜ መመለስ በኖረችንና ከአማኞቹ በኾን እንመኛለን ( ይላሉ ) ፡ ፡

" ' nor a single friend to feel ( for us ) .
አዛኝ ወዳጂም ( የለንም ) ፡ ፡

the day when the earth will crack for them at once . that is an easy gathering for us .
የሚፈጥኑ ኾነው ምድር ከእነርሱ ላይ የምትሰነጣጠቅበት ቀን ( የመውጫው ቀን ነው ) ፡ ፡ ይህ በእኛ ላይ ገር የኾነ መሰብሰብ ነው ፡ ፡

and they said , “ we will not believe in you unless you make a spring burst from the ground for us .
አሉም « ለኛ ከምድር ምንጭን እስከምታፈነዳን ለአንተ አናምንም ፡ ፡ »

and the wizards came to pharaoh , saying : surely there will be a reward for us if we are victors .
ድግምተኞቹም ወደ ፈርዖን መጡ ፡ ፡ « እኛ አሸናፊዎች ብንኾን ለእኛ በእርግጥ ዋጋ አለን » አሉ ፡ ፡

said the ones who waxed proud , ' as for us , we are unbelievers in the thing in which you believe . '
እነዚያ የኮሩት ፡ - « እኛ በዚያ እናንተ በርሱ ባመናችሁበት ከሓዲዎች ነን » አሉ ፡ ፡

and the magicians came to pharaoh . they said , " indeed for us is a reward if we are the predominant . "
ድግምተኞቹም ወደ ፈርዖን መጡ ፡ ፡ « እኛ አሸናፊዎች ብንኾን ለእኛ በእርግጥ ዋጋ አለን » አሉ ፡ ፡

and they say , " our lord , hasten for us our share [ of the punishment ] before the day of account "
« ጌታችን ሆይ ! ከምርመራው ቀን በፊት መጽሐፋችንን አስቸኩልልን » አሉም ፡ ፡

( muhammad ) , say , " nothing will happen to us besides what god has decreed for us . he is our guardian .
« አላህ ለኛ የጻፈልን ( ጥቅም ) እንጂ ሌላ አይነካንም ፡ ፡ እርሱ ረዳታችን ነው ፡ ፡ በአላህ ላይም ምእመናን ይመኩ » በላቸው ፡ ፡
