በሚቀሰቀሱበት ቀንም አታዋርደኝ ፡ ፡

( ሰው ) አያውቅምን ? በመቃብሮች ያሉት ( ሙታን ) በተቀሰቀሱ ጊዜ ፤

and by the self accusing soul ( that you will certainly be resurrected ) .
( ራሷን ) ወቃሽ በኾነች ነፍስም እምላለሁ ፡ ፡ ( በእርግጥ ትቀሰቀሳላችሁ ) ፡ ፡

he said , “ give me respite , until the day they are resurrected . ”
« እስከሚቀሰቀሱበት ቀን ድረስ አቆየኝ » አለ ፡ ፡

" there is not but our first death , and we will not be resurrected .
እርሷ የፊተኛይቱ ሞታችን እንጅ አይደለችም ፡ ፡ እኛም የምንቀሰቀስ አይደለንም ፡ ፡

he said , ‘ my lord ! respite me till the day they will be resurrected . ’
« ጌታዬ ሆይ ! እስከሚቀሰቀሱበት ቀን ድረስ አቆየኝም » አለ ፡ ፡

when people will be resurrected , such gods will become their enemies and will reject their worship .
ሰዎችም በተሰበሰቡ ጊዜ ( ጣዖቶቹ ) ለእነርሱ ጠላቶች ይኾናሉ ፡ ፡ ( እነሱን ) መገዛታቸውንም ከሓዲዎች ይኾናሉ ፡ ፡

and they say , " there is none but our worldly life , and we will not be resurrected . "
እርሷም ( ሕይወት ) « የቅርቢቱ ሕይወታችን እንጅ ሌላ አይደለችም እኛም ተቀስቀቃሾች አይደለንም » አሉ ፡ ፡

say , " it is god who has settled you on the earth and to him you will be resurrected " .
« እርሱ ያ በምድር ላይ የበተናቸሁ ነው ፡ ፡ ወደእርሱም ትሰበሰባላችሁ » በላቸው ፡ ፡

and they say , “ there is nothing but our life in this world , and we will not be resurrected . ”
እርሷም ( ሕይወት ) « የቅርቢቱ ሕይወታችን እንጅ ሌላ አይደለችም እኛም ተቀስቀቃሾች አይደለንም » አሉ ፡ ፡
