መቃብሮችን እስከ ጎበኛችሁ ድረስ ፡ ፡

they ask thee of the hour : when will it come to port ?
« ከሰዓቲቱ መቼ ነው መኾኛዋ ? » ሲሉ ይጠይቁሃል ፡ ፡

and they say : when will this threat come to pass if you are truthful ?
« ይህ ቀጠሮም መቼ ነው እውነተኞች ከኾናችሁ ( አምጡት ) » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

and they say : when will this threat come to pass , if you are truthful ?
« እውነተኞችም እንደ ኾናችሁ ይህ ቀጠሮ መቼ ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

indeed , i knew that i should come to my reckoning '
« እኔ ምርመራየን የምገናኝ መኾኔን አረጋገጥኩ ፤ » ( ተዘጋጀሁም ይላል ) ፡ ፡

and they say : " when will this promise come to pass , if what you say is true ? "
« እውነተኞችም እንደኾናችሁ ይህ ቀጠሮ መቼ ነው ? » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

and they say : " when will this promise ( come to pass ) , if you are truthful . "
« ይህ ቀጠሮም መቼ ነው እውነተኞች ከኾናችሁ ( አምጡት ) » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

they say : " when will this promise come to pass , - if ye speak the truth ? "
« እውነተኞችም ከሆናችሁ ይህ ( የቅጣቱ ) ቀጠሮ መቼ ነው » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

yet they say : " when will the promised threat come to pass , if you speak the truth ? "
« ይህ ቀጠሮም መቼ ነው እውነተኞች ከኾናችሁ ( አምጡት ) » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

they say : " when will this promise ( come to pass ) if ye are telling the truth ? "
« እውነተኞችም እንደ ሆናችሁ ይህ ቀጠሮ መቼ ነው ? » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

further , they say , " when will this promise ( come to pass ) , if what ye say is true ? "
« እውነተኞችም እንደኾናችሁ ይህ ቀጠሮ መቼ ነው ? » ይላሉ ፡ ፡

most surely you come to males in lust besides females ; nay you are an extravagant people .
« እናንተ ከሴቶች ሌላ ወንዶችን በመከጀል በእርግጥ ትመጡባቸዋላችሁ ፡ ፡ በእውነቱ እናንተ ወሰንን አላፊዎች ሕዝቦች ናችሁ ፡ ፡ »

he said : " have you come to us to drive us out of our land by your sorcery ?
« ከምድራችን በድግምትህ ልታወጣን መጣህብን ሙሳ ሆይ ! » አለ ፡ ፡

believers , when you come to consult the messenger privately , give something in charity beforehand . that is best for you and most conducive to purity .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! መልክተኛውን በተወያያችሁ ጊዜ ከመወያየታችሁ በፊት ምጽዋትን አስቀድሙ ፡ ፡ ይህ ለእናንተ መልካም ነው ፡ ፡ አጥሪም ነው ፡ ፡ ባታገኙም አላህ መሓሪ አዛኝ ነው ፡ ፡

and when the children among you come to puberty then let them ask leave even as those before them used to ask it . thus allah maketh clear his revelations for you .
ከእናንተም ሕፃናቶቹ አቅመ አዳምን በደረሱ ጊዜ እነዚያ ከእነሱ በፊት የነበሩት ( ታላላቆቹ ) እንዳስፈቀዱ ያስፈቅዱ ፡ ፡ እንደዚሁ አላህ ለእናንተ አንቀጾቹን ያብራራል ፤ አላህም ዐዋቂ ጥበበኛ ነው ፡ ፡

he said , " have you come to us to turn us out of our land by means of your magic , moses ?
« ከምድራችን በድግምትህ ልታወጣን መጣህብን ሙሳ ሆይ ! » አለ ፡ ፡

and said : " have you come to us , o moses , to drive us out of our land with your witchery ?
« ከምድራችን በድግምትህ ልታወጣን መጣህብን ሙሳ ሆይ ! » አለ ፡ ፡

believers , have fear of allah and seek the means by which you come to him . struggle in his way in order that you are prosperous .
እናንተ ያመናችሁ ሆይ ! አላህን ፍሩ ፡ ፡ ወደርሱም መቃረቢያን ( መልካም ሥራን ) ፈልጉ ፡ ፡ ትድኑ ዘንድም በእርሱ መንገድ ታገሉ ፡ ፡

and when it comes to pass , will you believe in it ? what ! now ( you believe ) , and already you wished to have it hastened on .
« ከዚያም ( ቅጣቱ ) በወደቀ ጊዜ በእርሱ አመናችሁበትን በእርግጥ በእርሱ የምትቻኮሉ የነበራችሁ ስትሆኑ አሁን » ( ይባላሉ ) ፡ ፡

they said , " have you come to turn us away from our gods ? show us that with which you threaten us if you are truthful " .
« ከአማልክቶቻችን ልታዞረን መጣህብን ? ከውነተኞቹም እንደኾንክ የምትዝትብንን ( ቅጣት ) አምጣው » አሉ ፡ ፡
