and they worshipped him, and returned to jerusalem with great joy:
Իսկ նրանք երկրպագեցին Յիսուսին եւ մեծ ուրախութեամբ վերադաձան Երուսաղէմ:

and it was at jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
Այն ժամանակ Երուսաղէմում տաճարի Նաւակատիքի տօն էր, եւ ձմեռ էր:

then came to jesus scribes and pharisees, which were of jerusalem, saying,
Այն ժամանակ Յիսուսին մօտեցան փարիսեցիներ ու օրէնսգէտներ, որոնք Երուսաղէմից էին, եւ ասացին.

and when they found him not, they turned back again to jerusalem, seeking him.
Ու երբ չգտան, Երուսաղէմ վերադարձան՝ նրան փնտռելու համար:

after this there was a feast of the jews; and jesus went up to jerusalem.
Դրանից յետոյ հրեաների տօնն էր, եւ Յիսուս Երուսաղէմ ելաւ:

and when he was come into jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, who is this?
Եւ երբ նա մտաւ Երուսաղէմ, ամբողջ քաղաքը դղրդաց, եւ ասում էին՝ ո՞վ է սա:

and jesus going up to jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them,
Երբ Յիսուս Երուսաղէմ էր բարձրանում, Տասներկուսին առանձին իր հետ վերցրեց եւ ճանապարհին ասաց նրանց.

and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, beginning at jerusalem.
եւ քարոզուէր նրա անունով ապաշխարութիւն եւ մեղքերի թողութիւն բոլոր ազգերի մէջ՝ Երուսաղէմից սկսած:

and it came to pass, as he went to jerusalem, that he passed through the midst of samaria and galilee.
Նոյնպէս եւ դուք, երբ կատարէք այն բոլորը, որ ձեզ հրամայուած է, ասացէք, թէ՝ «Անպիտան ծառաներ ենք. ինչ որ պարտաւոր էինք անել, ա՛յն արեցինք»:

and it came to pass, when the time was come that he should be received up, he stedfastly set his face to go to jerusalem,
Եւ երբ աշխարհից նրա վերանալու օրերը լրանում էին, հաստատապէս որոշեց գնալ Երուսաղէմ:

and she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in jerusalem.
Սա եւս նոյն ժամին վեր կացաւ եկաւ, գոհութիւն էր մատուցում Տիրոջը եւ խօսում էր մանկան մասին բոլոր նրանց հետ, որոնք Երուսաղէմի փրկութեանն էին սպասում:

and when they came nigh to jerusalem, unto bethphage and bethany, at the mount of olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples,
Երբ մօտեցան Երուսաղէմին, Բեթփագէին եւ Բեթանիային, Ձիթենեաց լերան մօտ, նա ուղարկեց աշակերտներից երկուսին եւ նրանց ասաց.

and when the days of her purification according to the law of moses were accomplished, they brought him to jerusalem, to present him to the lord;
Երբոր նրանց սրբագործման օրերը լրացան, Մովսէսի Օրէնքի համաձայն՝ նրան Երուսաղէմ տարան՝ Տիրոջը ներկայացնելու համար,

and as soon as he knew that he belonged unto herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to herod, who himself also was at jerusalem at that time.
Եւ երբ իմացաւ, թէ Հերովդէսի իշխանութիւնից է, յանձնեց, որ նրան տանեն Հերովդէսի մօտ, որովհետեւ այդ օրերին նա էլ Երուսաղէմում էր:

and as they heard these things, he added and spake a parable, because he was nigh to jerusalem, and because they thought that the kingdom of god should immediately appear.
Եւ մինչ նրանք լսում էին այս, Յիսուս մի առակ էլ աւելացրեց նրա համար, որ ինքը մօտենում էր Երուսաղէմին, եւ նրանք կարծում էին, թէ Աստծու արքայութիւնը շուտով յայտնուելու է:

(who also, when he was in galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him;) and many other women which came up with him unto jerusalem.
որոնք, երբ Յիսուս Գալիլիայում էր, նրա յետեւից էին գնում եւ ծառայում նրան. կային նաեւ շատ այլ կանայք, որոնք նրա հետ Երուսաղէմ էին ելել:

and jesus entered into jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come, he went out unto bethany with the twelve.
Եւ Յիսուս մտաւ Երուսաղէմ, գնաց տաճար ու նայեց իր շուրջը, ամէն ինչի վրայ. եւ որովհետեւ երեկոյի ժամ էր, բարձրացաւ Բեթանիա՝ Տասներկուսի հետ միասին:

and jesus answering said, a certain man went down from jerusalem to jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.
Յիսուս պատասխանեց եւ ասաց. «Մի մարդ Երուսաղէմից Երիքով էր իջնում եւ ընկաւ աւազակների ձեռքը, որոնք նրան մերկացրին, վիրաւորեցին եւ կիսամեռ թողեցին ու գնացին:

and from jerusalem, and from idumaea, and from beyond jordan; and they about tyre and sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came unto him.
նաեւ Հրէաստանից, Երուսաղէմից, Յորդանանի միւս կողմից, ինչպէս նաեւ Տիւրոսի եւ Սիդոնի շրջակայքից բազում ժողովուրդ, երբ լսում էր, թէ նա ինչքան բան է անում, գալիս էր նրա մօտ:
